I think it should be noted that here Mr. Green admits to "researching" people who have not agreed with his opinions. He claims he learned who those people were and is not bothered by it, because clearly he feels superior to them. So either his claim that he didn't know whether I was a male or female or not is either BS, or he's as poor an investigator as clemens21r.
I don't understand why now that he has his own blog that is so freaking awesome, he continues to come here and mingle among those of us he's so superior to?
I was going to point this out too, especially in light of one of Green's blog posts today. This was in reference to the emails mentioned on Renner's blog from Clemens21r:

"I was able to read the emails received by the other parties, referenced in the original post below. They are not trashy like the the ones we received from Clemens21r, but they are sort of 'all knowing like, see how much I know, doesn’t that intimidate you' just like clemens21rs were.(Recall for instance that he tried to contrive an implied threat at me by saying John Green, Harvard JD, 1996, which information is incorrect.)... To me, the emails don’t sound much like clemens21r, except for that aforementioned certain 'superior god like air of knowledge ain’t it strange how I know so much' tone."

The type of intimidation he outlines above is exactly what he did in the post you quoted:

It's funny that he doesn't realize he is describing himself in those quotes.

I stand by the substance of my communications with you and I can't say that I think very highly of you or the things you were doing on Renner's blog. But that said, I regret the sharp language and tone I used in addressing you and you deserved better than that even given your inappropriate comments and behaviors. I hope you change your tone back to the more productive tone I once briefly witnessed in you. If you do, you are more than welcome if you are inclined to comment at the Maura Murray forum (the moderation of which is not completely in my control anyway).
Here's to better things moving forward.

I already broke this down, but there is no apology here at all, quite the opposite.

Snowy, with all due respect, you are mistaken.
The dude would not stop contacting me - despite multiple requests - and he would not stop obsessing about me on Renner's page, derailing conversations about Maura.
If he wanted Renner to get rid of me, the appropriate forum was to email Renner, not to obsessively contact me and continuously derail discussions among people who enjoy and benefit from Renner's forum.
I don't suffer fools gladly that is true. And as I said to him in an early post on Topix, I should have left the adjectives out and not been as harsh. But on the content, I stand by it. He was WAY out of line and contacting me over and over and over and over. He or she, I think, challenged me to call him or her and gave me a probably a bogus telephone number. I requested at least 10 times in a 36 hour period that he/she stop emailing me and he/she refused to do so. When I finally posted a threat to do something about it, the email stopped.
You should be skeptical of the thread as posted. You should also informally measure the percentage of posts by various people here, on Renner's site and on my site that pertain to the cae or are vindictive or person in some way.
Finally, "vindictive" - and "uselessly spiting" are good ways to describe his/her posts on Renner's page. There are some serious emotional problems with this person and that is part of the reason I regret speaking so harshly. But as I said, I stand by the substance of what I said - this person was acting incredibly inappropriately and bothersomely and appeared to be OBSESSED with making me like her or him, or validate her or him and WOULD NOT STOP emailing me despite multiple requests. Then this same person posts phony and altered chat/email logs. But given the apparent mental state of the person behind it, I am sorry I spoke so sharply.
The sign of maturity and capability is to make amends and move on. I have tried to do that with this poster. He or she has one issue in life it seems and that is me.
In any case, I hope I can make amends and move on with you.

I wasn't really asking you about your intentions here. No response was needed. But hey, if you get your ego stroked by coming here and reading the things said about you here, then who am I to take that away from you? IMHO blogging about some email you received doesn't have much to do with Maura either, although I'm sure you have some justification for it. Being that you have to control any and all comments in your little circle, I'm sure you wouldn't let anything that wasn't on topic and on point with your opinions make it. And your own comments don't count as comments, John. As you can see here, there are thousands upon thousands of comments relating to Maura. But just as it is on your blog, there's nothing new to discuss lately.
23 is a far cry from 250. Oh, and I hope you got a good laugh out of pretending that you were sincere extending an invitation to me to be a part of anything you are associated with. It literally made me LOL.
I have no idea what you just wrote as you are of so little importance im not going to read your message.

maybe your "Search for Maura Murray" is on target.
Regardless of whatever the articles state. I can't see Vasi getting struck by a car and only having damage to one side of his body. They're two collisions when struck by a car. Car to person and person to ground. For damage to be on one side he would have needed to spin at a perfect 180 or 540 degrees in the air to only show one side of damage. I don't even know if an impact angle is possible for the car to hit him and spin him around like that, and leave him alive. The force of the impact would be great.

To fall from a vehicle is only person to ground - hence one side of the body showing impact.

This is just my opinion.

I'm also of the opinion of Maura traveling from collision spot to parking spot she would have passed a couple of surveillance systems to ID her car to see if it was even a remote possibility that she was in the area.

I have wondered the same with surveilance at Umass and In the area. It would put a complete end to this stor of Vassi

I've just been watching the "Community" avatars on the right side of the page which showed 25 yesterday, with the corresponding number above, then there were 24 today, with the corresponding number above, and now there are 23, but obviously you have changed the corresponding number above. I have screenshots of all.
After spending some time checking out how Wordpress works, I was wrong about the Community avatars showing the number of followers - they indicate members' activity on the blog.

Regarding the number of followers, I have screenshots of them falling to 24, so though my number was wrong, Green still had less followers yesterday than the day before.

Did law enforcement keep an eye on the guests for Maura's mother's funeral, including anyone keeping a distance but observing. I would assume they couldn't have without the Murray family's permission as she is not a fugitive.

Regarding Renner's post "Fred Murray was losing his home the week Maura vanished," I have confirmed that the house at 22 Walker Street has six owners on title as of the end of June. The house was passed on from the estate of Maura's grandfather, Frederick M. Murray (also listed in many records as Frederick E.), in 1995 to six individuals:

Daniel P.
Mary
Rita
Grace
Martha
Fred J.

There are different last names attached to two of the women's names, but I'm leaving them off for privacy reasons. Since four of those names are children of Frederick M. and Mary J. Murray, I am going to assume that the other two are as well.

Regardless, the house is jointly owned by six people who would be responsible for keeping the taxes paid.

I have checked back as far as online records go, and it appears that this house has been in the Murray family since at least 1913. Records show that Maura's great-grandfather, Patrick H. Murray, owned it in 1913, and signed title over to his wife, Catherine E. O'Donnell, in 1916. By 1920, Catherine was a widow and mother to eight children. Per the 1940 Census, Catherine and her sons Leo and Frederick M. were residing in the house.

I'm posting this info simply to show that this house was the Murray family home, not just Fred's home. It has been in the family for at least 100 years. We know that Fred, Rita and Daniel have all resided there - the other three owners may have as well.

Another note - Renner said "Fred Murray is still listed in the phone book as living at 22 Walker St. in Weymouth, Mass, but he hasn't lived there in some years." In checking all online White Pages sources, the person listed is Fredk E. Murray, not Frederick J., Maura's father. As I said above, Frederick M. Murray also went by Frederick E., so the listing is not for Maura's father, but her grandfather.

And just for more interesting Murray trivia, since I found it, I might as well share it - Catherine Murray originally owned the two parcels across the street from 22 Walker Street as well as three parcels on adjoining Richmond Street. The house where the Murray cousins that Renner mentioned live was granted to her son Walter in 1940, and one of the houses on Richmond was granted to her son James in 1954, and then granted back to her in 1957.

So Walker street is not only the family home, but the family neighborhood. It must be nice to have roots like that - I sure don't.:)

I just read a new post on Websleuths. It was an interesting theory and I'm not laughing at the person who posted it. But one part they wrote has got me giggling like crazy:

"She definitely had a destination though and this is important. So she gets the wine he requests (more romantic) and the booze for the white russian that she likes to drink for after."

That has just set me off laughing like mad.

Nothing says romance like a BOX of wine. A 5-litre BOX of wine.

good information, Maruchan. not extraordinarily difficult to obtain, but the fact that you've devoted time to collecting it and setting the record straight is helpful and laudable.
still, the button pushing judges can't even recognize when someone is defending the Murray family. if all the brain power is occupying the cheap seats i'm assuming there is a section roped off for the group with low reading comprehension.

The expensive seats are for the group with low reading comprehension and they are in a separate section. You can tell the difference between the cheap seats and the expensive seats.
Everyone that sits in the expensive seats all have one arm longer than the other due to patting themselves on the back because they think they are so much smarter and better than everyone else.
Poor things, there's one or two that have patted themselves so many times that their knuckles have rug burn.

So he lied to peddle his CD's.

Sort of like the story you made up about the Lady of the Dunes living on OPR to peddle your upcoming nationally published article?

Rick Forcier. I think he lied.
My opinion:

I read your article. I think you made some good points about the timeline, and the roads taken. Good use of diagrams.

I'm not wanting to sound rude - but to suggest a man lied to sell CD's is so absurd it would be better not to offer any motive.

Also - if he did see the commotion 600ft down the road from his house, I'm surprised he didn't go there and check things out.

Your account of how people view things is conjecture. Many times people see things cross a road and are described in detail to be Bigfoot. No matter how descriptive the sighting is it is still wrong.

If RF did feel like making up the sighting he could have found out a little more of what MM was wearing or how tall she was and then tell LE and give a better description. Also from what I remember RF didn't come forward he told a friend what he saw and the friend told LE. It not like RF went to LE wanting to tell them a made up story.
