UMASS, especially, is well-sustained by the numbers. doesn't matter if the courses are at a "higher level" to transfer or not. one must fulfill the credits/hours in one's major in order to graduate. you fail to understand this basic point. why did she leave WP? and, more importantly, WHY did she leave UMASS? Snowy, You'd have to direct your two previous questions (the "why" questions) to that sly foxy gent who resides a bit north of Boston....

You're correct, Snowy, he's more sly than foxy. It's that wife who surely by now believes she is the foxy one. She saved him you know. If they truly believe that because so much time has passed everyone will forget and the whole thing will blow over, they are absolutely wrong.

A red pick up is of interest in the Celina Cass case.

I actually thought it would be Shack who would "report" it here. mcsmom, do you really think that there is any kind of connection with these two cases? If not, then why talk about this red pick up that they are only examining. The vehicle in Maura's case I thought wasn't even actually a pick up in any event as I remember. They eventually kept referring to it as a pick up but it was more of a pick up sized vehicle with a flat bed and a small rear window in the descriptions that I remember. Bill

Bill.....according to the police log...LE was stopping red pick ups the night of FEB 9th. I don't know if they limited their interest to only include pick up sized vehicles with a flat bed and small rear window. How do you know the Cass red pick up truck doesn't fit RO's description anyway? Do I think there's any connection? I haven't figured out what happened to Maura Murray yet, but I'm willing to look at anything that might help find her. What about you?

Bill so darned predictable. classically predictable. absurdly simplistic. happens with each and every instance of a missing female. hint: the connection is red, a primary color.

A perfect example of why LE are asking everyone to stay away so as to not to muddy the water in W. Stewartstown. So how's it going for you so far mcsmom? By the looks of it your way isn't doing much good.

Tara wrote: I've seen conflicting reports as to whether or not the snow bank Maura hit the night she disappeared could have caused the damage to her car or not. A great many people who have seen the damage believe it is from two separate accidents. The first accident being the hit and run which left Petrit Vasi in a coma for three months. As someone on this forum said Maura had to get her car out of town and get it out fast. And then there's Maura's undeniable criminal record: Whiston's wife works at West Point and Whiston reports that Maura was asked to leave West Point for stealing credit card information from cadets. And we have the following from a UMass classmate of Maura who knew her personally: I lived in Thoreau dormitory in Southwest in 2004 when Maura disappeared. Maura often worked security in my building and I would see her running on campus. Friends that lived on her floor in Kennedy told me that she allegedly suffered from a terrible case of bullimia and was stealing credit numbers from discarded takeout receipts left in the trash room. I heard this from people who were friends with people who had their cc numbers stolen. I believe the school was aware of the situation and it was said that Maura may have been facing disciplinary and/or criminal proceedings. I don't know how true this is as I heard it secondhand from Maura's neighbors. I hope this information helps. Many of Maura's floormates said she was about to be exposed just before she ran away. I'm not sure if her employers knew about the situation but i know the RA on her floor did ... again i heard this from friends who lived next door to maura ... i believe there is a lot of information being withheld from the public allowing crazy and out on control conspiracy theories to proliferate on threads like this ... i firmly believe maura ran and is still running ... she knew she was going to get expelled from school because of the cc fraud which is why she packed up her dorm but decided to flee instead of facing the music ... just seems the most plausible explanation ... i had many friends on her floor ... i dont think her neighbors would make something up like that... everyone was deeply concerned and upset her disappearance and many people who lived in the southwest community felt she was running because the sh*t was about to hit the fan ...

Quoting Ms Mayotte regarding the condition she found Maura in on the Thursday before her Monday disappearance.“I don’t know how to explain it. She was just completely zoned out. No reaction at all.”“I knew she was not in a good state,” says Mayotte. Mayotte asked her what was wrong but Maura was unresponsive. Then, she started crying. Maura was so worked up she couldn’t sign out so Mayotte did it for her. Maura was so upset she could not sign her own name? Completely zoned out? 30 to 40 minutes after Petrit Vasi was run down and left for dead? Very circumstantial, but still ...

I think the James Renner blog is a great thing and I think he's doing good work and digging up things that are making people uncomfortable, but SO WHAT? Nothing has happened in this case for years, it's disheartening to say the least. So ask some questions, make people uncomfortable, possibly you will hit upon the one thing you need to know. I applaud James Renner and the blog. It's about time. How many times have I read here on the forum about this being 'an open case still' so what? Those are just words, nothing is happening. Face it, it's off the radar. That is sad. Instead of all the attacks that happen on these boards what about discussing the things that really matter? Good for James Renner!

whiiston, I was thinking the same thing. then I thought maybe everyone is just going to comment in the blog itself. I had mentioned that Renner says maura was possibly pregnant and not one response. Its like as soon as the blog started - the conversation on here stopped.
