I agree. Most of the conversation on the Topix Maura Murray threads seem to have moved on to the James Renner MM Blog and/or Websleuth´s MM thread, which has been very active as of late.

Wonder if that RA was ever interviewed? And what about the now deceased relative with a house in Bethlehem? Was that ever checked out? The one Renner writes about in his blog is not the same house or owner. Also, anyone ever checked public records to see if Maura did have a criminal record?
And that second security job at the art gallery, has that been checked into? It is unofficially known which gallery it was. There´s got to be a reason the family always refused to name it.
Rehashing, yes undeniably, but with a purpose.

One more job for mr Renner: it would be great if he could solve the mystery of the affidavit for us. The one that mentions the so called Londonderry ping that could technically not have happened. Always wondered about that one.

i find it interesting that whiston doesn't deny this information today, although he refused to admit he, via his wife, was the original source of this information. it is still hearsay, for all intents and purposes....but one would think it would be a violation of one's employment to carry such private and privileged information to the public, not to mention that it would be disturbing to the family of the missing person, especially if untrue.

several years back you said your wife worked at west point and you did say your wife said Maura was asked to leave west point. your wife may be smart but you werent to bright posting this info on a public forum.

the story line, at least on this discussion board, has always been that MM CHOSE to leave WP, not that she was 'asked to leave'.
these conflicting statements, whether intentional or careless, are unhelpful.
no, i don't "assume" Mr. Renner knows any more than anyone else. i "assume" the authorities, the real investigators, are most informed.

and that leads to other questions....
why are you so persistent, relentless in your pursuit of information about MM? is it the WP connection? did you personally know her?
if you are a stranger to MM and her family, i can't understand why you insist on involvement....if only to pass along hearsay.

also, are you not the person that attempted and/or completed contact with maura's friends? and that you asked two females, also peripheral to the "real" investigation, to contact them, instead, so you would have more credibility in their allowing you to speak with them?

do you fancy yourself to be an investigative reporter?

i just don't understand the intensity of your interest in order to have taken such actions.

Actually Snowy, I was the person who contacted several of her friends that work at Brown University and its affiliates. I have an interest because it ocurred less than a mile from my house. Is that a problem for you? Hey I even offered to let her friends use my house free of charge if there was any type of get together at the accident site.....

I don't put a lot of stock into the "red pickup" being involved in the Cass case. Now the police are looking closely at a Silver pickup. I find this interesting because it is the step fathers pickup, not because it is silver. It also doesn't mean that I think that we should start looking at silver colored vehicles in Maura's case.

unless you are whiston, then i was not referencing your contact with MM's friends.
the issue is whiston's WP connection, and his subsequently sharing information which, if untrue, is directly damaging to MM's reputation.
in addition, his asking either of two female topix commenters to contact MM's friends to front his questioning/interviewing those friends was not received well by both of these ladies who declined to cooperate with his request.

Factually true .....but Ouija and Whiston communicated via pm and Ouija posted that she learned that MM was asked to leave WP because it was learned that she had been stealing and using credit card info from other WP cadets. It came out that Ouija had gotten this info from Whiston whose wife works at WP.
