I would suggest that all of you with monikers sign up. That way no one can use your moniker. If you have a history of writing at least no one can "ruin" your reputation. Snowy, you and anyone else that contributes regularly should probably do this.
Just my thought.

citigirl, i haven't previously been a witness to such a shower of effusive praise for NH residents in their efforts to help find Maura during all the time i've followed these topix threads, which is now over several years. frankly, your sudden reappearance here after a long, long absence is....well, suspect. with renner's digging deeper, it seems a few might be setting out to correct a history of insulting and stampeding NH residents...and authorities. SBD was annihilated here....and Maura's "family" allowed it to happen. why, all of a sudden, is his memory being glorified instead of vilified? LG is Lady Gray (Grey?). you know her, for sure; and the others. and witnessed all the damage they have done to strangers in the name of Maura Murray. i thought FC would have been writing the book, but i guess i'm wrong. seems it is premature....that a book be written. facts are still hard to establish, and , sadly, there has been no movement, in any event, to compose the next chapter.

citigirl wrote: <quoted text> I have not posted in several years. I would like to say thank you Bill. I never have and never will say anything bad about the people from NH. Such a sad and tragic event for our family Mauras disappearance. I wish the circumstances were different but it has given me the opportunity to meet alot of wonderful people from NH that have helped pull together in the search for Maura. citigirl I never said you said anything bad about the people. I asked where you were when the area people were being bashed to death. If I missed where you stood up and told shack she was doing much more harm than good and she was totally inappropriate then I apologize. If I missed you saying back then that we were kind people with hearts that only tried to help then iapologize. Maybe you didn't do the name calling but did you ever try to stop it?! All these nice things you are saying now seems almost laughable if it wasn't so sad. A little late isn't it and why now all of a sudden are you full of compliments for the nh people?

WTH-the-original wrote: <quoted text> I will say that I don't remember citigirl as being one of the others that bashed the area. And we all know who wanted to "Lysol" the area and made other sub-human comments. I think she did another hit and run a little while ago. Fortunately, anyone who did notice her reemergence seemed to know how useful her comments were and expressed themselves about it and then she quickly beat a hasty retreat. I do have a short memory but I can't say that I remember citigirl as being in that group. Bill Maybe not Bill but I don't remember her standing up for the people back then or since. To come out with all these compliments now after not posting for so long just seems strange. And yes a blivet was thrown again but it was caught and thrown back in the hole it came out of.

I was agreeing with her assertion that I don't remember her attacking the locals. Defense is another question. "Blivet... caught and thrown back in the hole it came out of." I love it.:-) Bill

"Blivet... caught and thrown back in the hole it came out of." I love it.:-) Bill indeed, my original point, though perhaps not clearly communicated, was that citigirl has been omnipresent, and that she and others, while self-proclaiming to be representative of "family", have failed to put the brakes on and/or stop the victimizing, bullying and e-lynching of certain "suspects" over an extended period of time.

As I have stated I have not posted on this forum for several years. You stated that you have been here for several years which is probably when I stopped posting and viewing any forum. I was going through my own personal tragities. The loss of my husband, sister, and best friend within a 6 month period. With having young children whom were deeply affected by this I put my focous on them because my children come before anyone. Iam not out trying to correct any history. As I said in the past I have posted with compassion for the people of NH. Unfortunately with everything that was being said I dont think anyone ever noticed my postings with the good things I had to say about the people from NH.

Sorry I do not know any of the posters. I did notice when things were being said against the people from NH I did my best to defend them. I thought people would listen to me because I was one who actually traveled to NH and had the opportunity to meet and talk with the people and get to know the people from NH on a regular basis.

Your postings have had nothing but negativity toward every posting I have put on this forum in the past several days. You dont even know me to say I or others havent even tried to put the brakes on and/or stop the victimizing, etc. This is a false statement.
