No, Hans was being honest. If you stalk someone; driving up and down their road and see them planting daylillies or trimming a rosebush, you can't assume what their thinking. Hey Sam~ I was just on your blog looking at the :worked in: pics of the Saturn. Your visual did help me think of something which may not matter but here goes:

Maura didn't STAY by the trees. She backed herself back up onto the street and stayed in reverse for some distance.

Do you think this matters in who saw what?
Also, there were footprints reported in M's backyard. Rumor has it police were back there arguing about jurisdiction.
