First you guys picked on each other, then Renner, then Olson, then Green and now Ledyard. This case isn't about topix. I might disagree with the aforementioned names from time to time, but at least those posters talk about the case. Many of you here only seem interested in bullying the easiest target, nothing else - not interested in the case at all? If CCU wanted to contact the mother they've had ten years to do so. Sam did absolutely nothing immoral by speaking to her.

Wowzer the real one wrote: <quoted text> I commend you for giving his mother a warning. She and her son should know that his name and picture is being shown on internet blogs and forums. I've watched this crap go on for years in my own neighborhood. Accusations, pictures of people, pictures of their yards and houses etc.etc. Strangers have knocked on doors to question the people for almost 10 years now. Renner has been shown the door(to put it politely) from the store where the red truck was supposedly seen and from our ex police chief's home. More should do the same when strangers come knocking. Even after all this time make believe armchair detectives are still hounding anyone that even remotely knew Maura, knew of Maura or was anywhere near the accident scene. IMO you did the absolute right thing Maruchan. Thank you Wowzer. Welcome back.

By the way, although this may seem like I am providing an excuse for Sam, I am not. DW's mother has a very heavy accent. I have known and worked with people with heavy accents, and I have worked with the public for many years where I also talked with lots of people who had heavy accents, so it's not like this was something new. I had a very difficult time understanding what she said, and I think most people would too. I had to ask her several times to repeat what she had said. It is very possible that Sam simply misunderstood what she said. He did not say in any part of his post that he felt she was lying to him, he only proposed that she was lying after I told him that she denied saying the word "killed." I absolutely believed her, she said she never thought Maura was killed and would not have said that (she reiterated this a few times, so I did not misunderstand her). It would be easy to misunderstand what she said.

What's the harm in attempting to contact him? If he thinks the posts about him are harming his well being in some manner, all it takes is a phone call to stop them. There's nothing "immoral" going on here. What made you decide to resume posting? Thought you said you were done. What makes you think that he is obligated to talk to any of you? About anything? Let me get this straight.. if he calls one of you then the posts will stop? Is this correct because if it is then you are blackmailing him into getting in touch with you in order to keep his name and face off the blog which I think is disgusting and pathetic. I have a feeling that if he did contact you it wouldn't matter what he said. He'd be damned if he did and damned if he didn't and I highly doubt the posts about him or his picture would be removed. What a pathetic bunch. Why did I come back and post? Hmm let's see. Not that it's any of your business but I decided to post again because I can, it's a public forum, it's a free country and because I just felt like it.

I get confused when I come to this forum. If people aren't actively looking at different angles of the case who would be here?

We've seen it many times before.

#42641 & #42649 “Do you think James was unable to … ask her where her son was?” Yes. “[Y]ou have [] alerted him … and he is now able to try to cover any tracks that may exist.” What about James’ posts? They wouldn’t have alerted him? “[Y]ou ran right to her house at James[’] request ….” False.

WTH: #42642 Many “competent investigators” don’t record interviews. State investigators typically don’t record noncustodial interviews. Private investigators hired by a criminal defendant would almost NEVER record an interview. Such a recording would have to be turned over to the prosecution. #42652 “Since I know neither one of them, I give the benefit of the doubt to the mother” No. You give the benefit of the doubt to Maruchan. You have to credit its statement to credit the mother's denial of her statement.

Maruchan #42643 I’d like to respond to your concerns. What, specifically, do you believe I misrepresented? Would you bullet them? #42662 She clearly said “killed.” Could she have meant something else? It’s plausible. Could she have forgotten that she said it? Also plausible.

And you reappear here for what reason exactly? Your first post in a while is to defend Sam and to insult/bully Topix posters. Tyler from Pittsburgh wrote: Get off your high horses ... Grow up. Do something more productive with your lives ... Then you try to entice Wowzer into conversing with you with your phony "welcome back" and question you proposed about why she came back when your only reason for asking was to insult her: Tyler from Pittsburgh wrote: <quoted text> If I had claimed I was done posting about Maura and only had enough will power to follow through with my statement for a few weeks, I'd be embarrassed. But that's just me. You are a bully Tyler. None of the people you are ripping on here come over to your bloggy world to insult you. You, Green, Renner, and Ledyard are the only ones who do that. You insert yourselves into this forum for no reason other than to pick fights with regular posters here, something that nobody here does to you. Bully.

Ridiculous wrote: <quoted text> Sam, you're a self important moron. Honestly. You're no investigator by any stretch. I'm thinking estate law,'cause there is no way in hell you handle criminal defense. You don't have a clue about the real world or how to get results/responses from people. Just like your mentor,JG, you have this deep seated belief that you are way above everyone else in intelligence. Having a law degree, a decent vocabulary and the ability to string words together to form reasonable sentences doesn't make you smart Sammy boy. In your effort to prove you are brilliant, you are constantly over analyzing and chasing wild gooses...It's hilarious to watch..You're like the naturalist in the forest that starved to death because he had to identify every tree to assess it's potential for harm before he could move past it towards food/shelter. The real story is on the grill back at camp dumbass. At least two times now I've seen you justify exposing likely innocent people with mathematical equations. Percentages no less. Surely it is okay if there's a twenty percent chance that they are involved...You really went to BC? Shame on BC. YOU ARE NOT AN INVESTIGATOR! You don't have a clue about how an investigation is operated. I've read your blog and I've watched your interactions. You visit a private individual in the name of Maura Murray with no credentials whatsoever seeking information on her child..! I would have punched you in the face so hard your whole family tree would have fallen over and the only fool that would have heard it would have been the idiot out in the forest that is starving to death because he's to smart to walk past a potentially toxic tree to get a burger. You try and turn this around and blame Maruchan for calling the lady to tell her beware?! I think that there is a twenty percent chance that you are a naïve dingbat Sam and so for the good of this "investigation" I'm going to recommend, for the general safety of your future interviews, your face and your family tree, that you preface all interactions with this statement. Call it a mantra if it makes you feel more intelligent--Hello Mr/Mrs. so and so, my name is Sammy and I'm a self important naïve dingbat with no credentials whatsoever, I'd like to discuss your child's involvement in the disappearance of Maura Murray. Blog on brother, you're going to accomplish great things.. ; ) WOW! Ridiculous! I was wondering how soon you would post on Maruchan's behalf. I was actually going to post a comment about how you should be showing up soon. What a coincidence. People disagree with Maruchan and there you are, defending her "honor". xoxoxoxoxoxo ;)

I should start putting all of your posts in caps, so people get a better idea and see your comments for what they really are.
