By the way, if you are going to "right" your own book, I suggest you attend English class again. Just sayin' I have never stated that I have first hand knowledge. Just stated what I have been told through out the years I have investigated Mauras case. Im not saying anyone has to believe what I post. This is America with freedom of speech. You can choose to believe whom ever you want to. I have never said anyone is cluless. It is your choice as to whom you want to believe. I did say I would not write a book and no I do not want to attend an english class.

citigirl wrote: <quoted text> No Wowzer you are incorrect in stating what you have said. What I did say is " Many have not investigated this case as I and others have done" I have never accused anyone of throwing out crap. This is your wording not mine. I have previously posted that there are many people whom have helped in the search for Maura that I have never met and do not know who they are. I also expressed that I wish I knew all the people that were involved in finding Maura so that I could personally thank them. What are you talking about??? Yes it is my wording because if you read my post again nowhere did I say that YOU accused anyone of throwing out crap. Stop playing head games. It's getting quite rediculous.

because most of these people have no clue as to what is going on in this case. Many have not investigated this case as I and others have done.
Only commenting on postings they have seen on this forum. Please re-read your pst citigirl....

But it might have been very helpful to mention there was a person seen that night. Someone else might have remembered seeing someone that night. You're right citigirl, it's your relative and not mine that's missing. If it was my relative I never would have bit the hands of the very people that could have helped me nor would I have watched people on several forums racking their brains trying to figure out what happened to my relative while I and a few others sat on this info which might have been very helpful to finding my relative. Citigirl I think everyone is here hoping to find out what happened to Maura. Believe me when I say that I would absolutely love to know what happened to her. Especially since I frequent this road every day and have walked it many times. Being a pompous as* won't help find YOUR relative. You can say what you might have done if it were your relative. But if you were actually living it you can not say what you might have done. It is so much easier to say what you would and would not have done but when you are actually involved in such a nightmare as to a loved one missing. You cannot say until you are actually there. The whole out look on a missing person has changed because you are now emotionally involved because it is a family member.

But will not because I refuse to exploit the missing regardless as whethter or not it is a family member. I didnt say he owed us anything. But the fact is wouldnt you interview those that where involved in the case? Im grateful for LE that has been involved in Mauras case from day one not for someone whom has shown up years later that has never been involved in the case until they decide they want to write a book. right/write, whatever, I (citigirl)don't need English classes.

"So to the many people that have invested their time making phone calls, traveling to NH, and endless hours going over and over whatever piece of a crap was thrown out there you are now saying they don't have a clue as to what is going on in this case. So citigirl don't you think the decent thing to do is tell them what's going?"Wowzer I apoligize I misunderstood what you had written about the crap.

It was not aimed at the residents from NH whom have been involved in the case. Including those that in one way or another have helped in the search for Maura. As I have stated before there are many people from NH and other places that have helped in the search for Maura that I dont know who they are. And if I knew I would take the opportunity the thank each and everyone of them personally.

jwb wrote: citigirl, I think most of us get on this blog because we would like to see closure as to how this beautiful girl has dissapeared. You are right in that most of us know what we read. You being a family member , I am sure that you are privy to more information and I respect your right to keep the information private. Bloggers won't solve the case only the LE will. My question to you is that knowing what you do, How strongly do you feel that this case will be solved in the near future? Thank you Sadly to say my personnal opinion is it is going to take along time until Mauras remains are found. I have heard of a possible suspect which has been on the top of my list. But as the years have gone by and interviewing people this person is at the bottom of my list. I could be wrong and this is only my personnal opinion.

Just sayin' she is not being attacked; she is provoking negativity by the repetition of very shallow and meaningless statements, especially after 8 years....that she is "family" (without ever defining the degree of relationship), that she traveled to NH to search, and that she found NH residents to be welcoming, kind and helpful. frankly, so what?? strange that her supporters (as in...."thank you for your support!!"), Shack and macsmom, have a different take on the local residents and local authorities. nothing but blasphemous accusations and character assassinations. as someone said, there is no point in reading citigirl's posts. i suspect they are a reaction to renner's findings, so far. and as Wowzer suggested, this family, and by extension, their "supporters', have bitten the hand that feeds them too often. SBD won't be resting in peace for some time to come.

This was the red truck review that could have been submitted by ANY "Fred Murray" .... It may not even resemble the description RO gave of the truck; plus, the date is much too close to Maura's disappearance... But, FYI: 1996 Toyota T100 Consumer Review Edmunds Review 1997 Toyota T100 2 Dr SR5 4WD Extended Cab SB Used TMV from $2,455 Find 1996 Toyota T100 Best I've ever owned By Fred Murray on 02/16/04 00:00 AM (PST) Vehicle 1996 Toyota T100 SR5 2dr Extended Cab SB Review Has been the best vehicle I've ever owned. Doesn't drive like a truck, more like a luxury car. Has gotten a steady 19.5 to 21.5 mpg on the open road since the first day I got it and thats with a full top camper. Even when loaded, handling is solid and responsive. Driven every day to work and back. Still looks like a new truck. Favorite Features Confort, power, handling, reliability. Suggested Improvements A change in tires to Michelin all terrain.

Or it could be because Maura got a ride. Just like everything in this case, there is more than one possibility. Very true. More than one possibility.

1. Who was driving the Corolla when it crashed? 2. Which is farther away from Kennedy dorm - UMass Lot 12, where the Saturn was permitted to park, or the location of the Corolla crash? 3. What's the difference in distance between the two locations? A lot or a little? 4. Why were police so intensely interested in the Corolla AFTER it was towed from the motel? 5. Did an insurance adjuster, perhaps with an office located a few feet from the motel, look at the car before it was towed to North Amherst? 6. Why didn't the officer write Maura at the scene of the Hadly Corolla crash?(BN: this question does not relate to nor question the impartiality or professionalism of the officer on the scene, nor does it imply any mistake on his part.)
