Nvm the fact that there were snowbanks & 2'+ of snow on the sides of the road, so what her car went through the snowbank, hit the tree on her front left then she bounced back out of the bank and spun around leaving her ass end into the snowbank? Do you really not realize how completely & totally physically impossible that would be? All reports have her ass end into the snowbank, can you please tell me how the hell she ended up ass end into the bank and hit a tree with her front left simultaneously?? How is that even possible?

Jenky and that is why I have been calling out Wowzer. She lives near the crash site and is not really interested in the truth. If the accident happened near me then I would be concerned for the truth, I understand help thy neighbor but none of us really know others like we think we do. I mean people that actually live with others don't really know all so to say locals are not involved or should be looked at is just sticking your head in the sand. This isn't the first guy with domestic assault issues that she's defended either, I think it's her third, at least her second. NOBODY debates the fact that she was in the eastbound lane facing west when she parked her car, this is because she spun out & ended up with her ass end into the snow bank, according to the wman's.
This is pretty much established fact in this case is it not?

This is the inherent problem with smith's report, those two events are mutually exclusive, obviously.

This is why the EMS guy's description of the accident just makes more sense than the police report does. It accounts for the placement of the damage & the witness accounts as well, Smith's report does not.

yep I have said that all along as it is physics the rear end would have hit at the curve- Columbo is right and the report is wrong.

Look at the curve and think at how you would end up- sharp left you turn steering wheel sharp left and the rear hits opr!!!!

Wth has always argued with me on the physics of the curve? WHY?
