Nvm the fact that there were snowbanks & 2'+ of snow on the sides of the road, so what her car went through the snowbank, hit the tree on her front left then she bounced back out of the bank and spun around leaving her ass end into the snowbank? Do you really not realize how completely & totally physically impossible that would be? All reports have her ass end into the snowbank, can you please tell me how the hell she ended up ass end into the bank and hit a tree with her front left simultaneously?? How is that even possible?

Yup, left hand turn the front left is actually the LEAST likely corner of the car to hit, yet it's the ONLY spot on the vehicle that was damaged.

It would go front right to the right broadside, to the rear right, rear end, rear driver and then driver, that would be a full spin. But yet she didn't do a full spin, she spun a 180 ending up with her rear end into the bank and then pulled to the left facing into oncoming traffic because that was obviously the easiest after where she ended up. Where is the front end collision with the trees that gotta be at least 10' off the road & on the other side of the snowbank? I don't get how this is even suggested as being possible.

Say what you will about Bill but nobody can say he's not intelligent, he's not an idiot. He just has to realize this is pretty much physically impossible right? How could he not? Not only does he apparently not understand it he understands it so little that he goes as far as calling Smith's report excellent on many different occasions??? This just makes no sense. And people wonder why some people think he might have an agenda, I like to think he doesn't but what does he get out of it? Why would he want to say something that really makes such little sense?

Relevance? You are clearly disputing the accident report here. How does the tree or snowbank relate to the disappearance? Are you suggesting a conspiracy?

The accident was staged at the scene.

There was a red truck @ The stage Stop Store.

There was a red truck parked beside the rd. on BHR. with the passenger side door open.

There was NO SEARCH east of BHR the evening of Feb 9th 2004.

The accident report is wrong.

Who was really driving the car that Butch Atwood saw. Was it Maura or someone else.?

Why was the #001 nose to nose with the Saturn that evening per a witness. YET THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN SERVICE.

Smith was driving the #002 cruiser....A SEDAN.

Was there another person in the Saturn that night. Was there a person telling Maura/the female what to say.?

Lots of unanswered questions.

Apparently, someone doesn't know about 'overcorrection". The physics about that is very well understood and not unlikely in this type of crash though there are other possibilities. The physics of it doesn't really need to be explained. The terminal part of the crash is documented very well in that excellent report. And that is what was documented. The terminal portion of the crash. Again, how is how the car got there relate to where Maura got to, minutes, hours, days later?
