A correction to the above - I never believed that the Santa Clara poster was Ben. I didn't know it was Ben until you and he confirmed it back when you were arguing back and forth. I, in fact, never knew Ben was posting here - I hadn't read enough of his earlier posts using the Ben Franklin moniker to be familiar with him, and he hasn't posted during my nearly two years here using that moniker (or if he has, it has been rare). Perhaps others here were aware it was him, but I was not.

What I did believe, and still do, is that the Utica poster is also ONE OF THE Santa Clara posters. He proved it in posts he made on this thread and one of the others where he spams regularly. Ben said the same earlier - he is "a" poster from Santa Clara, not "the" poster.

He explicitly denied, to me, being the Utica poster. He said that the Utica poster was copying his spamming. He never said, to me, that this copycat was posting from Santa Clara. I strongly believe that Ben is the ONLY Santa Clara poster on this thread. Having said that, he never stated that to me explicitly.

Now, he went through hundreds of monikers (literally hundreds) confirming and denying which were him. He didn't deny any from Santa Clara. But, again, I didn't ask him to go through every single one. Maybe I missed one or two.

If you are saying that you think "Billy Vanderbilt" is the Utica poster, I disagree. After having witnessed Utica's spam for a very long time, I have never seen him/her/it do anything but spam- it is completely out of character.

Also, I'm not getting your thinking on his name being "a comment" on Ben Franklin/lyne's name - what is the connection? I could see Alexander Hamilton or Nikola Tesla, but Vanderbilt? Not seeing it.

Sam let me know about it. I decided it was more important that Sam have the right to argue with me than for him to be silenced. So I helped him get the information he needed to deal with the situation.
The real issue is that it happened in the first place. Because people tend to go out of bounds of any decency here all the time.

The Utica poster could choose to spam from "Utica" but comment from another location. So I disagree with you on that point.

Vanderbilt was not a contemporary of Franklin's. But how many monikers are variations of real individuals dead for over a century?

I never communicated with Vanderbilt and don't intend to. I trust Ben and I am grateful for his help. I think someone is copying him. Maybe I'm wrong. But that's the conclusion I have reached based on what I know.

Secondly - I can care less who anyone is - unless they send people death threats.

Who is what. Whatever.

Also - I, as "gullible" as I am, I did realize that this person is a human being. I hoped maybe I could reach out to the person and maybe just ease some of the negative things in that person's life that culminated in that behavior. If this person tells me they don't feel well at all, I have sympathy. I can't help it and I can't and wouldn't undo helping with any serious situation.

I do care.

Also - a lot of you are dishonest - in that you act like you know things you don't know, which aren't true.

It angers me to see this level of dysfunction and at this point, I'm not going to be convinced of the legitimacy of this thread, because it goes nowhere and it only serves to annoy people over time.

The blog. It was bizarre and stylized the same as most of pomkik's posts. I certainly suspect that there's a link between Suzanne and pomkik. Ben has indicated that he agrees.
