Notice how Bill completely just ignores the pertinent questions when it suits him. He talks about 'overcorrection' to make it sound like he knows what he's talking about, he busts out a big word to give it that appearance when in reality he ain't even answering the question posed, but rather carefully dancing around it with big words.

And there's the fact that if you spin out around a left hand curve your front left is the least likely corner to be damaged, so why is that the ONLY corner damaged?

People are being targeted here for their opinions. I take issue with someone who is seen as an authority figure here imply that someone else, who made posts that he doesn't agree with, "knows something." I take issue with that because it sends a clear message: if you don't agree with me, I'll slander you. Next he'll probably say I'm the guy he was talking about.

I don't think Topix is stupid and pointless. I probably have the biggest Topix archive of anyone here. I have four threads saved and two programs I use to search it. I do prefer the Blog format because I like the organization it provides. Topix has virtually no organization.

Ben wrote a report regarding observer. I (with the help of Maruchan) established that "Suzanne" was observer. I then got threatened by "pomkik" who, I think, is "Suzanne" or is connected to her.

I will address your concerns. But between my explanation of this as well as my explanation of your last theory regarding me (that I was intentionally registering new accounts for some gain which now slips my mind)-- perhaps you will come to see that I have better judgement than given credit for.

I did not want to nor planned on addressing the "Billy" controversy. And I will only do so briefly. "Billy Vanderbilt" contacted me several weeks ago. He claimed he was an IT student at Carnegie Mellon, a local university here in Pittsburgh. He said he had been lurking around Topix since seeing the Maura episode of Disappeared. He thought, given his skill set, that he may be able to help us identify the individual who has been sending death threats to posters around this community. After I verified he was who he claimed to be, I sent him the email headers from two emails which I had received from the individual who threatened Sam. That was the only information I sent him and that was basically the end of our correspondence. What actions he took from that point forward, I can't speak to.

Someone threatened Sam in a very serious manner. I consider Sam a friend and intend to help him by any means possible. Vanderbilt seemed like a good option. I acted alone in providing Billy with the headers and do not regret my decision. Both headers came directly from the individual who is making death threats.

I, genuinely, have no interest in identifying any other Topix poster ("Suzanne" as an exception). More than a handful of names have fallen into my lap over the course of the last several months throughout general conversations I have had with longtime followers of this thread and this case. Want to know what I have done with them each time? Nothing. Why would I care who posters to a message board are? It's just not important. It has nothing to do with the means of Maura's disappearance therefore I am not interested.

People talk shit about me & I obviously could not possibly care less, I know most of it is simply because people don't like the topic of my posts & need to disagree even if what I'm saying makes perfect sense. Honestly to me it's interesting to watch these people flip flop around & agree & disagree with the same shit on a daily basis depending on who they're disagreeing with currently, they have NO shame & could care less about honesty. So why would I care in the slightest what these people think of me?

And I'm not defending anyone in partiular, clearly, I'm more questioning Sam. This guy has talked so much shit about topix why isn't he posting this crap on his blog? It's obvious that no one is gonna read it on his blog so he has to post it here but how can he even do that after all the shit he's talked.

Topix seemed very odd at first. I read up on a case and I visited James' site. There was discussion about the case. I came here and there are some who act hostile when you ask questions. They either complain that the same questions have been asked for years or they complain that you're asking certain questions at all. Admittedly, I found that frustrating. I do find the forum valuable. I am here and, again, I have the thread archived.

I find it odd that you take issue with me being here. I don't believe that I have ever said anything to offensive about you or to you. That's all I care to say about it.
