Example of weeper's writings, no spectulation or what if's, familiar with old posters:
This is a great re-read in regards to the ATM video.
(weeper post from advocate's site)
The issue as to identification of Maura, made from an ATM recorder, prior to her departure from Amherst, MA. has been brought up several times over the years. Most recently by Mason, Ben Franklyn, Whiston and others and is something I can not address as our Team is not privvy to anything LE has looked at in this part of thier investigation. It is most certainly an important piece of imformation that would establish Maura's movements and possibly motives as to her plans. As Mason and Ben have pointed out, there are many reasons why information is held back in an investigation while it is "on-going". Even the most innocent, simple piece of information (that of a withdrawal from an ATM) may become crucial at a later point. Those (LE) investigators conducting that end of the investigation have deemed it not nessicery to involve family or close friends of Maura's in the identification process. This is something unusual but not unheard of in this type of investigation. I have never discorrouged anyone from starting at the "Amhesrt" end of this investigation. I do agree the identification made of Maura by Mr. Atwood is questionable at the Haverhill end of the investigation, I believe the Saturn was put there by "person(s) unknown and I belive Maura was within 1-3 miles of where her vehicle came to rest. I believe Maura was in Haverhill and not because of Mr. Atwood's identification. I know I'll be asked to "prove" what I believe, some can be proven and some is just that "a believe". If any one of us could "prove" what they believe to be as fact, well then this (and every case) case would have been over a few years ago. I am not trying to skirt the issue, mearly stating I took not part in any portion of the Amherst end in this investigation. Other Team members conducted interviews at that end of our participation in this investigation. I participated in the Haverhill,NH end area and haven't found any reason not to continue there to date.
As to your reasoning with regard to Maura's hair style at the ATM at the Amherst end and the identification made by Mr. Atwood at the Haverhill end, you are absolutley correct, it would provide a "shoring up" the theory(s) she was or was not in NH.
Respectfully,
Weeper
thanx. interesting, and a good reference point to keep in mind. for various reasons, i have kept to the Topix discussion.

...was the wine on the receipt?.
Possible receipt combination for $40 = Wine 5 liters $12, American Vodka 750 ml $7, Kahlua 375 ml $10, Baileys 375 ml $11. If the liqueurs were 750ml and the magic total is $40 then maybe the wine wasn't on the receipt.

If you were having a wee nip from your box of wine en route wouldn't you leave it in the trunk in case you got pulled over? Presumably you'd pour it into a Coke bottle at a rest stop, not while driving. If there are wine stains on the ceiling of the Saturn caused from the crash, was the spout open?

If you were leaving willingly with a paramour you'd take the booze. If you were running away to find refuge for the night in an empty cabin, you'd take the booze. At least you'd put the wine in the trunk... not in full sight.

I guess only LE knows what was on the receipt, whether the box of wine observed behind the driver's seat was opened and whether the Coke bottle was MM's?

Maybe the wine was planted by MM's abductor or was part of a struggle when she was taken from her car? Maybe he threw a little wine around to make it look as if she'd been drinking and wanted to avoid a possible DUI?

On the pics of Maura's car, IMO the wine on the drivers door is a bit suspect. Looks as though it was splashed incoming from the passenger side of the car during a time when no one was seated in the drivers seat. I do however think the car was driven or towed to it's spot at the Weathered barn long after the wine spill. One clue is the clean napkins in the console. It would be interesting to know if the bottle found by Cecil Smith contained any evidence of the dust/talc/KCL from the deployed airbag.

I blew up the original pic of the inside of Maura's car, in which you can see what appears to be a ?sunglass/eyeglass case, and the folded napkins.

Her Stop N Shop card found in the vehicle was opened in 2002, and never used, left in the car like this just doesn't fit the profile of someone who's very organized.

Actually it does fit an organized person. Didn't she carry her money/cards wrapped in her pocket and not in a wallet or was this another piece of misinformation?
If she didn't use it since 2002 then why would she carry it around in her pocket. She did what I would have done and kept it in her car just in case she ever needed it. I've got a Price Chopper card in my console because I hardly ever use it but my Shaw's card is in my wallet as I use it often.

you got me to go back and look at Renners pics and I took a closer look at the Pen that had The name first citizen credit union. It got me thinking about the banker that said there was still and open car loan from citizens bank. They are two different entities but thought it was interesting that she might have a couple locations for money for 21 years old. I guess it is not too unusual but probably not so common. I did a search of locations for the credit union and the closest branch is 16 miles from hanson. The closest credit union (not Citizens) is a little over 5 miles. Maybe citigirl or mcsmom can answer why many of the pictures were removed from the MMM "Damage to car" link. Drivers front fender and windshield are still there but many have been removed. Why would someone not want the rest of pictures to be seen?

Wowzer, you know by now that the public has been intentionally fed misinformation to thwart what is actually known about her life / conduct before she disappeared; right?
who the h*** would know how she carried her money and credit cards? who here is even credible enough to have verified that piece of information, then or now?
take everything you've read on these forums with a grain of salt; that's why Renner's account is interesting to follow as it develops.
Mason once challenged a long list of red herrings. he was, of course, on the right track.

But this one was just too tempting.

The police report, witness statements and reported signs of accident aftermath notwithstanding… why would anyone deposit the Saturn at that location? Yes there’s a nasty curve there, but if a party complicit in MM’s disappearance were clever enough to know that… then they’d also know that WB is/was also one the most populated area on that section of road (in addition to Porter Road--Goose Lane).

There are so many easier, yet more out-of-the-way spots to drop off a car… push it into a deep ditch or into a gully. Places where nobody might notice for days or weeks. If you support any plausible explanation for the disappearance then finding the Saturn later rather than sooner would be more favorable for the people who know what happened to MM.

Unless… it was a hastily hatched “drop and dash” and intended as a specific diversion on that Monday night, planned so that residents might immediately notice and call 911. Which might mean the engineers of this plan would know who was likely to be at home that evening... If that's the case, providing more clarification to that theory (how ever redundant) would be really helpful.

If you've had half as many of white bulbs, nuts, flames and name calling as I have tolerated then I would say you've got something to whine about.
No one said you had to please a public forum If you don't want to add anything so the misinformation doesn't grow and grow and turn into facts then I guess that's up to you but I think for all the ones that in their own way actually wanted to help I think you could have been a little more courteous with your reply.
If the receipt is a part of an ongoing investigation then what is a distant relative doing with it?
I dont feel sorry for myself. Its the peoples choice as to whether or not they wanted to believe me when I started posting months back. Its just disgusting to think that when I did start posting sometime back that I was accused of being a liar and clueless and not knowing where I live. I feel sad for Maura not me because regardless as to the thoughts and theorys as to what people may think happened to her she is still missing. I do not have a reciept and have never seen a reciept for the alcohol. What I do have is a list of the posessions that were taken from Mauras vehicle.

I´m still trying - without much success - to ascertain whether the NH state trooper who turned up at the Saturn´s incident site by the WB curve was on duty or not at the time in question.
Would he still be able to drive his official patrol car if off-duty or would being off-duty demand him to drive his private vehicle?
Does anyone know the rules regulating this matter?
Thanks!
