Thanks for the links I think I have read all of those. I watched the ID "Disappeared" episodes of season one on netflix and thats what turned me on to this. The first episode about Lee Cutler shows a real troubled kid who had a history of suicide leaves a note and then his clothes but body is never found. With MM I don't think she had any suicide attempts before and I just feel that she wanted to run away and wanted people to think it was suicide so poeple wouldn't find her. Iin one of the other ID Disappeared shows Michelle Whitaker came back after 7 years so you never know.

Tom wrote: I am new to this site. I have a question and forgive me if this was spoken about before, but since her car had a full tank of gas couldn't they check local gas stations on the route to see where she went to get gas? Also wasn't there a beer bottle found in the car? Did they check the camera footage of the liquor store to to see if anyone purchased that type of beer either right before or right after MM purchased her stuff? Maybe she forgot to buy the beer and her companion went in right after her to purchase it. OR maybe they bought it at the gas station when she filled up. Tom, I posed the same question and I've been reading these forums on and off for years. No one can answer your question. It seems that LE does not want the video to be looked at by anyone, nor have they disclosed any of the information on the video save to say that she was alone (which may or may not be true). I've asked the LE and ex-LE posting here why this would be. If you look around there are many missing persons who have been shown on ATM videos and these videos were made public (you can even see some of them on youtube). If LE decides not to show the video it is probably because it contains information that could come into play if more evidence were found later. This leads me to believe that LE has a strong POI / suspect, but don't have enough evidence to do anything about it (make an arrest that is held up in court). Of course, they wouldn't share this info with the public if that were the case. I'm sure they know how much beer was bought and other alcohol. No one knows where she got gas because there was no receipt and most gas station videos are recorded over in the next few days. LE may know and would prefer not to tell us.

Shack wrote: Perhaps Renner will relate his findings of a forensic search of a trailor in VT South of Haverhill, NH You enjoy throwing blivets just like when you told everyone the blood in the closet of the a-frame was mentrual blood and you then disappeared and refused to answer questions about it. If you know a trailer was searched in VT and you seem to know the results of a forensic search then why just drop a little info and keep everyone guessing? Why make everyone wait for Renner when it seems you know the answer? Same old shack. Throw blivets and run back under your rock.

Who keeps throwing Frosty all those Deep Throat lips? You go to see a man about a horse, a pony actually, for a friend's granddaughter and goodness me, no good turn goes unpunished here. I demand to know... or I'l, I'll get out my badge, the one I got out of a box of Fruit Loops when I was 12. Run, Tom, Run!

I find this funny, "The problem is that LE Holds all the card...s" So you feel this is a problem? That the people who are trained and experienced in such work keep the details private to maintain the integrity of a criminal investigaton? Interesting. I take it that YOU FEEL that cases like this should be handed over to the internet forums for investigation? The keyboard detectives such as yourself are better qualified to handle things like this than the police? Interesting, me thinks you are dillusional with an extraordinary high opinion of you own intelligence. If this is 'your thing', may I ask why you didn't pursue a career in Criminal Investigation? LOL, what an egomaniac.

Yes. Two adults. No coercion. Privacy. Nobody's business but Maura's and her new significant other

I've verified this through the "cool runnings" race results that were/are posted online. MR Renner had blogged that Maura "had given up track" so she could consentrate on school and Billy. That she had been seeing her coach privately, for one thing. So I imagine it may have been one way to break it all off with the team too, not just that she was injured at some point. JMO, no nutts please.

Beagle wrote: <quoted text> Do you know what kind of paperwork Maura was supposed to have filled out herself? An RMV form? Or something stricly local? An insurance company form? Twice in the past few years another vehicle has run into me in MA, once in Hadley. At the time of the first crash, the police were called and responded; the second time they were not called. In neither case did I have to fill out any kind of form or paperwork. I just called my local insurance agent. In the first case, an adjuster/appraiser (located, incidentally, exactly next to the Hadley hotel and who works with the Hadley PI) came to the house, looked at the damage and left. In the second case, the insurance company itself appraised the damage at their western MA location. So I am not sure what forms Maura would have had to fill out. Maybe because she was a second driver on FM's insurance.
