I should have stated with this posting that it is a victim advocate

That is very interesting. Because FireLiar said he repaired respirators. If her lips are moving she's lying/If her paws are typing she's lying.

In addition to my above post, this probably also means Fred was NOT in Ct when MM went missing. What fools we all were to believe the garbage they fed us. I am feeling very gullible, I realize now there was so much I thought was fact that was in reality obfuscation, spin, cover-up, lies.

<quoted text>Here I go again offering my thoughts to the crowd. Fred is aggressively looking for his daughter. We don't know if Maura was being threatened in some way and told be be quiet about whatever was to happen next. Or if she had just had enough of this life and was going to go clear out her mind, stay in her car overnight if she had to, but she seemed to be itching to go to NH like it seems she did. People say they SAW her. One from UMASS when she left, and (was she in her car? probably), and at least 6 in NH. We can argue that the only one close enough, the SBD, well, he's the only one who was close enough as he sat on his bus and spoke to her as he held his flashlight to the wreck he had just witnessed.

I believe the fact that a body has never been found also shows us somekind of evidence. Usaully when the victim is closer to the assailant the more effort is done to hide the body. I would think if someone passing by picked her up and killed her they would be quick to dump the body for fear of being found with it. If you knew the victim and you knew the second this person was going to be gone missing there would be more of a reason to put a lot of time into hiding the body.

From what I read is in husband/wife murders the body is gone through great lengths to be discarded. In normal homicides the body is dumped and the assailant loos to distance themselves.

I´m not saying Fred did kill Maura, but there has been online rumors circulating he had access to the hospital incinerator where he worked and may have disposed of the body there.

Do you know what an advocate is?
http://doj.nh.gov/criminal/victim-assistance/...

Office of Victim/Witness Assistance

The State Office of Victim/Witness Assistance (OVWA) was created legislatively (RSA 21-M:8-k) to provide 24-hour direct services and support in all of the state's homicide cases and to coordinate efforts to develop and standardize statewide victim services, protocols and policies and training for all of the professionals involved.

Recognizing that the criminal justice system can be confusing and frightening, the mission of OVWA is to ensure that all victims are treated with dignity and respect and provided with the services and support they need, throughout their involvement with the system. OVWA aims to meet the emotional, mental and physical needs of the family members of homicide victims (co–victims) and witnesses; to minimize the trauma, revictimization, and the impact of the criminal justice system on those citizens who have been traumatized by crime.

The New Hampshire Crime Victim Bill of Rights outlines the rights victims have under the law.

Found this in an email but don't have a link. A December 29, 2005 article in the Concord Monitor quotes then AG Kelly Ayotte as saying "I personally met with him along with lead investigators of the state police last spring" In the same article "I personally met with him along with lead investigators of the state police last spring and he was assigned a victim's witness advocate from my office"

But the underlying problem is when the rag is found stuffed up the exhaust pipe Fred throws out out the explanation that he gave her the rag and told her to place the rag into the exhaust. So it is safe to assume the rag was shoved up. My question is the second someone told him there was a rag shoved up the exhaust the normal answer would be " Holy $Hi$ someone is trying to kill my daughter" Not oh she probably ran away.
There is no way to argue that Fred does not know the rag is in the exhaust and he placed it there. Now if you want we can argue he helped her run away I may entertain that. If he didn't help her run away then......
I think we're saying the same thing Tom.
The progression by all known accounts went something like this.

FRED:
Calls ahead, oh no, he has something he's just got to say to police about his daughter. In Renners interview with Scarinza himself, Scarinza specifically has to say that message Fred left for some other police had to do with a posible squaw walk and Maura. When Fred got there he may have been asked to elaborate. Sharon was in the room and is quoted as saying that he did break into that story in all his dispair, but that he was jumpy and rambling. At some point they get to the rag in the tail pipe part. And you're right, he wants to explain that away. Doesn't seem to occur to him at the time that someone may have put it there to choke the motor, kill his daughter, something sinister like you say. But oh no, all he can think to say is I've told Maura to do that if she drives the car and it's smoking. I have to wonder now too if he was just taken wrong as as Sharon freely lamented, they went along with the police doings, the possible suicide, the possible run away, to the plain and simple missing person.(guys, you know I don't mean that last comment), but they rode with it just hoping to get whatever attention they could to find Maura. I think I'd do the same but I'd throw in every last little thing I could think of. Things he might suspect that had yet to be proven, like any citation given at the time of the accident in Hadley.

When the news came forward that Billy got that cellphone message of muffled crying sounds, being sure it was Maura and all, the police played his recording out loud. They said it was static, as they ALL sat in the same room to hear that "message" amplified. Sharon later says yes, the Red Cross did know my sons number after all. Meanwhile Billy erased this heartbreaking message thinking he could not bear to hear it. If he's on the same calling plan, he may be able to retrieve that call by simply getting to the "to hear erased messages, press one" and after that it's, to get envelope information about this message, press one. That ought to clear it up, huh? Anyhow, I always thought they pushed and pushed this idea of a living brathing Maura in distress to keep the interest at full peak. I understand all the way, I would be deserate myself.

More than likely it isn't his personality but his own words and actions that leave a negative lasting impression.
