i feel reassured today that whatever the truth is, it will be revealed in time.

yes exactly, the first accident. This is the first time I have heard of it. Renner sought out reports from Amherst and maybe he has those reports indicating where and when on that first accident. renner might not be aware of a first accident.

Actually, there might be two places Matoon intersects Triangle. According to Google maps (not always reliable), Matoon is kind of a horseshoe off Triangle. The eastern end is at the top of the hill if you are coming up from Bruno's on Main St. The other end of Matoon is closer to Charlies, The Pub, the Spoke, and Bertoluccis (sp?). There is also a kind of spur of Matoon going toward Gray St.
If your familiar with the area, you'll see what I mean.

I asked an Amherst police officer a few years ago whether Matoon ran past the side of ARHS (athletic fields) and came out across from the cemetery and he said no, they just used "High School Rd." as the unofficial designation for the one-way road that runs past the side of ARHS.

The best thing to do would be to obtain an accident report from Amherst PD or a report from Amherst Fire, which supplied the ambulance.

If you drive up the hill from Bruno's as soon as you crest the hill you also have to steer to the left. This often results in drifting onto the cross walk across the end of Matoon. In the dark, it would be an easy mistake to make.

Wonder if any pizza was ever picked up at Bruno's?

Snowy- I could care less if you talk about Fred etc.. The point is that you don't want to apply the same set of rules that you want to apply to SBD<RF and all the locals. You preach about facts yet anything goes when you want to talk about Fred and Maura. Wowzers comment about sucking down
oral contraceptives and energy drinks. Fred Molesting Maura? no proof is there? If there is proof then all is fair game right?

Agreed. And I wanted to show that a very innocent child can go missing and the father is being pointed to as a POI. A daughter who is 21 and acting out can easily be missing do to her father's involement.

Another factor to keep in mind is Maura's apparent brushes with the law. In the event she disappeared and started a new life, there is good chance that she could have been picked up again for a petty crime, and thus revealing her identity. Another point that leads to a less likely successful runaway theory.

The cemetery is behind the Carriage Shops, from which a cluster of interest in Maura Murray's disappearance seems to emanate. The Carriage Shops was jointly owned by Jerry Gates and the late Dick Johnson, two local real estate people. They rented out space to Birthright, an anti-abortion group, of which Johnson was a corporate director. He also specified that memorial gifts in his name should be donated to Birthright. A woman from another of the offices in the Carriage Shops contacted me a couple or so years ago. Her office would have overlooked the place where Vasi might have been hit. This woman was previously a part-owner of an assisted reproduction business approved by anti-abortion people, but sued by the Federal Trade Commission for inflating their rates of success. Her husband was also closely involved in the field of assisted reproduction.

When the cc fraud came out. A lot of people wanted to use Maura's eating disorder as an excuse why she was using STOLEN credit cards. They were saying "she was bulimic and needed to eat and couldn't control her actions"

The second I posted facts about eating disorders and sexual molestation the eating disorder chatter stopped. You can see that clear as day in the blogs. That is something to take note of.

where are the facts she had an eating disorder? If she had one fine but I just don't remember reading it as fact.

Her fan club was defending her saying she had an eating disorder. The second that it may correlate with sexual molestation it disappeared. Something that needs to be noted.

They're just trying to say that BECAUSE Maura had all these mental problems, then she MUST have been at the WB curve and disappeared into the woods.

This is just old wine in a new bottle. Instead of making Amherst off-limits, the new approach is that Maura was, instead of the ideal young woman, the opposite. But the effect is the same: planting her at the WB curve and placing her beyond reach.

The evidence that Maura was very irrational might in fact exist, but it's not available to the general public.

The NHSP CCU description said that Maura was wearing jeans and a jacket when she disappeared. That, coupled with her approximate height and weight, includes only a few hundred thousand people in New England.


You simply cannot ask a witness what a third person looked like and then show them a picture of the person two days later and ask him if this was the person he saw. That's totally unreliable.

Remember they had her on video buying what was in her car. I am sure forensics also brushed for fingerprints and more.

You maybe on to something Beagle but I haven't seen anything pointing to that possibilty yet, We will see as more info unravels.
