Well since Maura's phone was in someone else room we know she didn't call don't we! We don't know she really was the one talking to LE! Calypso Soldier wrote: mcsmom wrote: <quoted text> "She'd likely been drinking at the accident in Hadley, but didn't flee the scene there." This would explain that.

She hit their trees! It was on their lawn! What do you think a flatbed FLOATS over lawn LIFTS a car on to the road? She wasn't in the road! She was well off to the side! I have never talked to the Marrotte's oddly the neighbors I did talk to thought they where not home! What did they tell you MCSMOM when you talked to them? mcsmom wrote: <quoted text> You mean Marrotte? What property damage? If you know it would certainly help to end some speculation. Didn't witnesses also place her at the trunk? ------- Her car was not on the lawn it was headed westbound in the eastbound lane parallel with the snowbank. The roll off towing vehicle did have to do any magic to pick it up. The Marrottes lawn is a distance from where Mauras car was found. It mat be the Marrottes property but it is only trees and sparse forest there. So What are You saying WHITEWASH..? Was Maura's car on the Marrottes lawn? Cause if so that changes everything.

Calypso Soldier wrote: Bill You did not answer My question. Have You seen the car in person, up close, 360.? Sorry, missed your question. I have stated that considering some of the nut jobs involved with this case I wouldn't be caught anywhere near that car. Would I like to, yep, but its not going to happen. The photos taken show the car pretty well. I have seen the trees more than once shortly after the accident. Like I have said before, I am happy with the information available that we have to look at. I'd like more but that isn't going to happen. Did you read anything I wrote about the nature of these kinds of cars when they crash and have written for several years now? By the way, you must compare apples to apples. One car does not crash the same as another car and the speed, angle and what it hits makes a tremendous difference even when dealing with the same cars. I also looked for similar type crashes for that type of car and found very little information on the types of crashes that related to the specific damage that Maura's car had or any with exactly similar damage. Likely because we needed a picture of a Saturn of that year that had a slow speed crash with yaw into a small tree on the left front of the car. Hard to find those pictures, except of course for Maura's car pictures. Bill

What does it change. The info has always been there if you looked at the accident report. You said you were there. If that is true then you would know that the trees shown in the report that she hit are on their front lawn. If your automobile goes onto someones lawn whether it be by accident or on purpose and damages their tree, flower garden or lawn the person driving is responsible and maybe even the owner of the car although I'm not positive on that. You state as fact that their lawn was a distance from where the car was found. Could you tell us how much distance it was between the car and the lawn?

Missing to some and perhaps found to herself! Since it's not a crime to leave an accident shouldn't be a issue leaving one's life either. Calypso Soldier wrote: No matter what happened to the car. "MAURA IS STILL MISSING"

It wasn't in the road it was off on Marrotte's property! <quoted text> Then I guess what you are saying is that Smith's accident report is false. As we all know his report claims her car was in the eastbound lane facing west.

YES....They are on their property but they are not on their front lawn. Go look at the pics one more time. I have been there for myself. Again If they are on their front lawn then it changes everything.

I agree......property damage to the landowner? Let's see.....the driver's door was positioned up against a snow bank. Close enough to where the driver had to squeeze out the door.....and the door left visible marks on the snowbank. The trunk of the car was positioned such that it appeared to be "backed in" to the snowbank. The passenger side of the vehicle was open to the roadway. The vehicle was on the right-of-way of the road. What property damage was there? The mark on the snowbank?

In regard to the affidavit, do you think LE wrote it or was planted? I would like to read your thoughts on if you don't mind sharing. Thanks

Words from the Police officers, SBD, witnesses and everyone else that had anything to do with this accident have been picked apart, chewed up and spit out over and over and over again. What do any of you actually think you will accomplish by picking peoples words apart again?
