Det columbo was here 14 mins ago, one minute later I asked a question that ANY cop, ex cop, former cop or anyone involved with law enforcement could easily answer in 3 seconds.

How interesting that in 15 minutes no answer from det dumbo? I am sure he will say he left the forum, got some egg roll or something.

This is the former cop, current PI, who has worked this case since 2004? Doesn't know the easiest question that anyone could answer who has ever worked a day in uniform in Grafton County?

Saint Maura. You forgot to say that she is also a liar and an alcoholic and an anorexic and drinks alcohol WHILE she is driving. The only positive attributes that she has that we know of are that she is attractive and runs well.

& I dont think she was Anorexic, in the video that was on the ID show, she had put on weight.. You could easily tell that.. Maybe she was bulimec?

He gave me his name and the name of the private company he works for. I looked him up. He emailed me through an address that is connected to a facebook account. That facebook account is liked with various Murray family members. He is quoted in several media articles from 2004 as being a private investigator working on the case. He invited me to contact the Murray family and ask them.

I did not mean officially verified, only that I looked him up and found enough to make me believe he is who he says he is. Bad wording. My fault. Everything he provided to me could be a lie. I don't know but would like to find out. That is why I intend to call the NHSP division of licenses and permits.

Fair enough. So then if he was quoted in news articles regarding the case, why can you not offer those articles? It is in the public arena, no?

Is it your understanding/belief that he is working for the Murray family? I infer that based on your comments such as "He invited me to contact the Murray family and ask them." and "That facebook account is liked with various Murray family members."

Based on that it seems as if he is working for the family, don't you agree?

frankly, this forum is newly inhabited by a bunch of frauds, with very few exceptions. the exceptions include long-term, trusted posters who have proven their reliability, intelligence and abilities to apply reason and logic.

Presumably he told you his name, the name of the PI Agency he is working for, you said he was referenced in open source news articles by name. So how do you now know if he is Healy or not?

Not trying to be a jerk just confused. Who is referenced in the media articles? Why would it be rude to post those articles? He is acting in the open investigating the case, I guess I don't see why that would necessitate anonymity.

Missing persons cases interest me. I'm one of those dorks who watches shows like Unsolved Mysteries and Disappeared.

Maura disappeared in a few minutes in a remote area, and there are so many theories. After I came across James Renner's blog, I decided to do some research myself. Some women knit for a hobby, I research. Like I said, I'm kind of a nerd.:-)

As to my background, I work from home as a paralegal and I do some freelance writing work. My website is linked in my profile. My website lists my employers. Feel free to verify that I am who I say I am. I have nothing to hide. I'm just another poster.

At first I thought maybe I would write an article about this case, but I decided not to. Now I'm just sort of hanging around to see what happens next. Like everyone else.

Your previous post asked me if I believe Columbo is Mr. Healy. I said no, I don't believe he is Mr. Healy. I believe Columbo is who he told me he is until I find out differently. I am not going to out him or anyone else in a public forum.

You came here and said you knew for a fact that Columbo is a liar, that he is a fraud, and that new posters should not believe a word he says. That made me think, "Hey, I've told this guy some private stuff. Maybe I should check him out a little better."

I'm sorry I became involved in this discussion. I was only trying to find out the truth. That is all.
