oo00oo wrote: <quoted text>.. Columbo, you are the PI??? WHO DID NOTICE THE TOWEL FIRST? WHY LOOK UP A TAILPIPE??? CAN ANYONE ACTUALLY ANSWER QUESTIONS, INSTEAD OF CREATING MORE QUESTIONS??? ANYONE???BUELLER??????? I was not at the scene that night. It could have been Cecil smith, Butch Atwood, 2 EMS Techs, or the 9 FD members who were all there. You go ask them as I do Not know who actually found the rag and that is what I said before. The reason it was probably found was because there were footprints around the car and at the trunk, so maybe that gave them some inclination to look down on the ground and under the car. Or maybe there is some other explanation. John

citigirl wrote: <quoted text>Its your assumption that she was intoxicated. There is no proof to say she was intoxicated. SBD said she was shaken up. YES, it is MY assumption. Wine spilled, smashed wine box, container with red "alcohol smelling" liquid. Licorice straw in the drink. Yep most likely she was under the influence. Do I know this for fact? NO. But the odds are YES.

Is that not your job to ask these questions?

There is more to the story and I believe this person how much "more to the story" could there be?There was a rag&someone noticed it.you also say "I believe this person",was there some denominator that could be lied about?Just keep in mind some people are Very Very good at acting concerned.

Officer Smith was toned out at 7:29 and then EMS and FD were not toned out TIL 13 minutes later. Why the time lapse here for dispatch of EMS and FD.? Smith did not arrive at scene til 7:46...17 min. response time. Ems and FD response time 12 minutes. Why was EMS and FD not toned out til 13 minutes later.? WTH....some help here.! 13 minutes could have meant LIFE OR DEATH if this were a severe accident. Could Smith have told dispatch to hold EMS and FD in station.? Speculation on My part and for others to absorb. John

That is a question that has never been answered easily or directly by any of the people asked. I believe it came out recently on this forum that it was either someone from EMS or FD. That is not a fact. John

WHY does this forum have better investigative skills than you? I want to believe you are working this case. I don't see it, you ask more of the forum, than you tell. You have more questions than we do. Renner knows more for gods sake. WTF.

That's the problem...."They thought She just ran" They blew it that night right then by NOT SEARCHING EAST TOWARDS LINCOLN...the direction She was supposedly heading. Why would they not search that way, not put out a bol that night to the East, Franconia, Lincoln.? The only BOL that was put out that night by Smith was to all fire Units enroute to the scene. Did they not search to the east because for some reason they knew She did not go that way.? Because smith said she probably went to MTN. Lakes.? Just asking some questions here..! John
