Can you send me the link to that particular article? I've been told by someone who was staying at Loon Mtn area at that time that he was asked to assist in a search that night. LE from a different state but trained extensively in search and rescue through FEMA and the Red Cross

I did call NHSP and I did verify the information he gave me. I did not make Columbo pose for a live video session while holding up his identification. But I am personally satisfied that I was not lied to, and that is all I was trying to clear up after FrmLE's statements yesterday.

I am not here to personally vouch for anyone or to out anyone etc. I don't expect anyone to take my word for it. People should check things out for themselves, if they want to know.

I would like to see this link, too. I haven't been able to find a source that states exactly where searches took place.

However I have more questions than ever at this point. Nothing personal, you seem like a very nice, genuine person, however I would not say that your ability to verify the information that was given to you is competant. Have you verified he is a former cop as well?

Again, nothing personal and I am glad you are happy, but I have so many more questions to Det. columbos real identification than ever before.

And more importantly, I now have major questions about his motives in this case. Some of the things you said about what he told you made me very suspicious.

However I maintain my original position that det columbo is is NOT a PI and is absolutely NOT a former cop. I think you have been fooled Amy.

I apologize, but I was reviewing the posts of jan 10th and you all had great input about the cc fraud before it hit Renners blog. I just hate when we deviate but you are right it is a free open blog.

Apparently You are not connected to LE and have no involvement in the Maura Murray case, otherwise You would know or be able to get the answers You want.

have you matched a photo /with his name/ with his registered credentials? After all, anyone can provide you with the name of an actual PI who might not be one in the same.

Amy I'm really not trying to be difficult but you still haven't answered my question.
Did you verify thru the NHSP that Columbo has a valid NH PI license? A yes or no will be fine. Thank you

No need to apologize on this forum.:) I was only suggesting was that if anyone wants to have a civilized conversation regarding the disappearance of Maura Murray, it is almost impossible to do so without being rudely interrupted by posters who, by their own admission, are paid to be uncouth and biased.

How was it known this LE/SAR guy was even at loon.?

Was this LE person driving by and offered His help.?

Of all the interviews conducted by PI's and Family it has never been mentioned about this person being involved.

amy, i'm surprised you've put yourself in such a vulnerable place by standing up to declare you are satisfied to learn what you believe to be the identity of DC.

he provides a very common name; you are new to the forum; it is unclear why you'd be singled out to assist and/or represent him to others, when he has not done so himself.

you are, essentially, vouching for his identity, in spite of the warnings by others who reasonably question the claims he makes and information he feeds the public about this case.
