looking4amoose wrote: <quoted text> do you really KNOW they didn't search to the East? I've been given information to the contrary. I spoke with witnesses that responded to the scene several months after Maura disappeared. They searched to the end of BHR on 112 because there were no visible foot prints seen.

WTH....You are nothing but a washed up loser who has nothing better to do than harass people on this forum and probably many others. It is My right to discuss ANY theory that I like. Whether or not You agree and want to see it that is not My problem. You would like all of us to just go away and make it easy for You, BUT then what would You do with all your free time. You more than likely are a thorn in the side of anyone You come close to. I am so sick of Your Bullshit and Your demeaning tone to Myself as well as other posters. Maybe You are the one that should go to a private forum where the world will not have to listen to Your negativity towards the rest of the people in the world who do not meet Your expectations. Get a life John Boy. Someone seems to have gotten sand in his mangina. So much to read. I thought that everyone was packing up and heading to the fun places that people can speculate with total abandon. I didn't know I had a tone. I often wonder when people talk about how I made them feel small or unimportant, or stupid. I wonder how someone does that. Are you certain that it isn't just your smallness, or unimportance, or stupidity? Did I just point it out to you? Did you just not notice it before? Is that what you actually mean? Time for me to get back to looking at all the activity on a forum I thought was finally done. Bill

He asked if it was near where "that girl disappeared". I said "yeah about a mile from there" and he mentioned he had been taking some vacation time at a condo near Loon at that time and that he was asked that night if he could assist in a search somewhere east of the area.

Respectfully, Happy :-) Amy, although I teach nonvoilent crisis intervention techniques to about 200 people a year, I WILL NOT BE RESTRAINED! I read Fahrenheit 451 while in the 7th grade, and even then I was appalled at the thought of censorship!

No new developments since you were called a twonker. Other than we are all being assigned dwarf names.

I am confused as to how Haverhill LE would have known that an Out of State LE/SAR was staying at Loon Mtn. and was able to get in touch with Him. Was there some kind of training seminar going on in the area that He may have been attending as well? I wonder what time He was asked to help search on Feb. 9th 2004..! John

I think we should set up a Survey Monkey type thing here since there's no new info.......Here goes..... A) Maura met up with foul play on 112 B) Maura met up with foul play following her leaving the 112 site with someone she knew C) Maura ran away and is living somewhere else D) Maura met up with foul play prior to arriving at the site on 112 E) Maura went off into the woods to take her own life Voting is now open

John May have been at a seminar---he had stated some time away on vacation....I didn't ask for a lot of details....(we were actually doing a moc search and rescue drill at the time the conversation came up). I don't know that the call came from Haverhill LE---it didn't sound that way--sounded like he was contacted from within his own jurisdiction with the info.

Frostman Iam talking about the night of Feb. 9,2004 when Maura disappeared. SBD had stated that the first person he had seen on the seen was a NHSP officer. He also gave the name of this person. One of the responders had stated the search to the east only went to the end of BHR on 112 because there were no visible foot prints. One responder said that CS said maybe she went to visit a friend at the Mountain Lakes .While headed toward the scene of the accident. They also said they saw some one walking down near the Eddys.{unknown who this person was or if it had anything to do with Maura} Another person responding to the scene also claimed to see some one walking on 112 toward 302 {unknown who this person was or if it had anything to do with Maura}

I appreciate the info and believe what You are telling Me. I am just having an issue with Him being called that night especially seeing that Haverhill LE figured that the driver had just gone to Mtn Lakes. They never really started a real search til Wed. the 11th. And when they put out the BOL on tues at Noon it was put out on grafton A, Hav, Littleton and Lisbon local. Are You sure He met Mon. Feb 9th or was He talking about one of the following days. Thank You.....John

Simply Sarcasm wrote: I will preface this with saying that I do NOT know anything about LE in MA or NH. But, is it feasible that LE instructed/asked/told Beagle not to post on this thread anymore? I find it odd that he posts everywhere else, but not here (actually I don't know if he does/did post on Renner's blog, so I shouldn't say 'everywhere else' but you get my drift.) Or perhaps Beagle just didn't want to be on this thread anymore? I don't know him, and therefore can't venture a guess. Before anyone snaps on me for how ludicrous of an idea this is -- in Chicago, LE would have no problem telling someone not to post on a particular thread (which I would think is illegal, to tell someone where they can and can't exercise their right to free speech). LE here gets away with a lot - but we also had something like 40 murders last month alone, so there are different issues in different places. I'm not knocking LE. I have been the leader of the "shouldn't give Beagle any of the attention he is dying for" crowd, but I have to say, since he has been so active on the MM boards over the years, he owes the people here an explanation as to WHY he posted the Bretton Woods stub and HOW he got it. Yeah, he seemed like a nice enough guy, yeah, he's got some mental issues, but that was BS and I can't feel sorry for him or take him seriously (or his videos) until he explains that much.

Many posters here stay and put up up with the incessant badgering by "the bears" because of your unrelenting search for the truth. Most people believe that??? Really??? The funniest part of this statement is that you act like it is a popularity contest. The more people that thinks it was foul play that means that you win. WoooHooo. Problem is, the truth isn't a popularity contest. Logic doesn't take a vote. Even if you convince more non thinkers or people that don't care what the evidence shows. It doesn't matter. Only the evidence matters if you really want to find the truth. No evidence of any kind of bad things happening to Maura at the accident scene. Other than the car accident. But we can vote on if we want to make believe that something bad happened to her. But that seems kind of dumb, a waste of time. I don't know why anyone would want to do that. Bill
