Of course with he exception of those who love drama. No one else "knows" that she was murdered. She certainly might be dead, but how would anyone know that she was murdered?
And in particular, someone with such a width and breadth of knowledge, intelligence and worldly experience. She will now lay out her case that proves why she knows a murder occurred. I am willing to sit here and read her well reasoned, intelligent, logical dissertation on how she knows that Maura was murdered.

Even if the vehicle was never started, the only way that rag would be clean was if it was a brand spanking new tailpipe never exposed to exhaust.
