Hi Bill,as you know there is nothing in the incomplete/fake logs about a search dog being brought in on Feb09 2004..f there is no sign of injury would a dog be called for in your experience.Would a wine container in the car bring out a dog to do a search if available. As I understand sgtSmith did not find a bottle smelling of alcohol until after the saturn was towed and Emergency people were long gone.It sounds like EMS was asked to stay away from the saturn before he found the bottle so at that point it was just an abandoned vehicle. Thanks Bill take care philip

Must be pretty weak evidence to not be shown for everyone to see. Unless you need to be drunk to see it? If not, let us sober people peek.

We already have problems if you think the logs are fake/incomplete. I didn't say he was bringing in a dog. I didn't say that a dog was brought in. There was no one to treat at the scene, so why have fire/ems approach the car? If he THOUGHT a dog might have been of use, AND a dog was AVAILABLE, that is a reason he might have kept fire/ems away from the vehicle, especially since there was no one at the car to treat. He was being proactive about preserving the scene to be examined by a canine. Doesn't mean a dog came there, doesn't mean that a dog was available even if he wanted one and he might have determined there was no reason to call for a dog team. Especially if during his hasty search he didn't think she was still in the area.

I'm not in EMS. But why would EMS need to be in the car or near the car if their was no driver or passengers hurt?

Not sure it will help solve anything. It's just that I see where he (DC) is going with it.

If I were Maura, I would rather have a check from the insurance company for my stolen POS vehicle. Just sayin.

Wasn't the car lodged in a snow bank? I would think that a tow truck would be needed to remove the car.

Ok, I am going to say something that I have been thinking for some time now. Something with you does not add up. First I will start off with your grammar. In this post that I have quoted, you make very few grammatical errors. In some of your posts in the past you make a shit ton of them. This alone doesn't really mean much to me even though you just stated "no spell check here".
Next is your IT knowledge. I have 10 years experience in the IT field, and what you have posted here about vB, IP addresses and mysql db's is mostly correct. But just the other day you said you don't know how to make a video a "you tube". BS Emmitt. You said you haven't created a website using vB since 2007 but don't know how to upload a video file to youtube? I don't believe that for one second.
I can't tell why you are keeping up this dumb hill-billy act.
I have never said I was a dumb hillbilly.. I honestly dont know how to youtube, I know how to record but I personally have never uploaded a youtube.. Its not hard to google me, its really not.. I stated where I went to college, but it didnt matter.. Spellin errors? wow, seriously? I make serveal all of the time.. Just because I know how to read instructions & do whatever job im doing.. I have gave my # to several people.. I am not going to argue here.. its not worth my time to argue.. I started over.. I have always stated that I was smarter than I act..

“Pretend inferiority and encourage his arrogance.”
One of my favorite quotes & its been on my myspace & facebook for a very long time..

Got to admit it Emmett. I thought that same thing when you mentioned mySql and the rest. You just jumped a whole shitload of IQ points all of a sudden. Not saying I thought you were dumb at all, but that was a pretty big surprise.
Just curious.
Bill
Out of all people, you would say this Bill? You have my #.. Read my prior post under my old username & I said several times I am more intellegent than I put on.. Just cus I may or may not be "smart", shouldnt change anything about me.. No one ever asked, no one cared.. I havent done anything wrong, nor said anything out of the way to anyone lately.. I answered a question honestly with reasons why someone would have access to private messages & such.. What was wrong with that? If you dont think im me, call me! Blocked/collect/whatever.. you will hear & understand that I am southern, & that I am who I say I am.. wow man..

Well he is saying it solves whether there was a radio dispatch made for a car of the road around 1903. No one has proven that occurred. Only one person says she heard it. Multiple people have looked through the same logs as he has and no one can find evidence of it. He claims it is there. Our task is for him to prove he is not full of shit. Yet, he must not think the evidence is strong enough to pass scrutiny. Therefore, I suspect it is open to interpretation or non-existent. Either way, one would think that if they make such a bold statement, that they would have something to show.

So far. Not. But again, that is not unusual for him. He has a well documented history of sputtering out sentence fragments and bullshit. If this is the one time that he is not doing that it would probably be worth his while to display it as he is rapidly making himself irrelevant to the conversation here.

No deductible when you trade it in. If she'd picked out a used car on the weekend prior and established a rough price, there might have been a discussion about trade-in value. She might have wanted a car to come back to. Perhaps that's why she might have put the rag in the tailpipe -- her perception that it wouldn't start if she put it there.

I'm responding to Frostman's theory that Maura would not want her car stolen because she could use it for a trade in. Nothing more.

We do not know her perception. I suspect that was the furthest from her mind at the time.

<quoted text>Right again, but it's too late, Beth has passed away in Dec 07. Helena is MM distant Aunt by marriage to a Dwyer. Beth was not supposed to abuse her privalges, but she did and used it to come on like she was ahead of the game on her own searches/results. Helena sought this person out though. This I will never understand why.
Thank you for the answers to my question.. I dont know if you are family or not, but either way Im sorry for the loss :( I hope what I said may have helped you to better understand, but I got flamed & targeted just for giving you insight on how she could have gotten access to private matters.. It seems that no matter what, I cant win for losing on this forum & I really dont understand why..

I am not le, pi, ems, fd, lawyer, anything at all that pertains to this case. I have never in my life stepped foot in MA or NH.. I have gave several people my telephone number, but I get accused of stuff by anon people for just trying to have a friendly discussion..

I kinda actually wished ida neva answered..:(

If you own, or have been made an Admin of a site such as that one or any vB (v-Bulletin) pro-board, blog, wordpress, etc; You can set your priviledges to read all private messages,(which is ethically wrong, considered "nosy" but under the circumstances of the case, "could" be understood of why), all IP addresses, etc. You can see the proxies people use, & everytime they log in, where they are logging into, etc; Some people like to play "god" on those type of forums..
I have a lifetime membership/ownership of a vB board.. Even though I havent personally put up a website using one since 2007, I do know that when installing, that was the first thing I did in the MySQL settings, was to take those type of "spying" priviliges away from other people..
For the record -- when I was running my (2) web-boards for discussion of Maura's case, to the best of my knowledge I had no way to read Private Messages between posters. I'm not going to say that it's not possible, because per your info it clearly is on at least some types of formats, but I don't remember even seeing an option like that offered to me during the setup. I want to make that clear because I don't want anyone who ever posted on the sites I ran to think that I could or did read any PMs they may have sent. Those of you who posted, you can take that to the bank.

Like I told you on the phone, I could give some people here my social security number and a xeroxed copy of my behind and there are still some who will insist I am someone I'm not.:-) I've so far been asked if I am Beagle, if I'm Beagle's lawyer, if I'm a private detective, if I'm working for the family, if I'm working for Renner, if I'm some other poster named Amy who used to post on another Maura board I didn't know existed. None of that is true, but hey. Whatever. People will think what they want. Their problem, not ours.:-)

Ohh, wow! Thanks for the quick reply Wowzer! I wonder if it could have been lost by maybe a student, or was a joke gone wrong? Anyway, I hope everyone has a great day! Not sure about up there, but its 79 degrees here already, & its not even Noon yet..
Not sure if this was answered, but the lady who owned the horse cemetery admitted it was her husband's property. He had passed, she didn't know what to do with it so she buried it. It was given to him in the '80s, probably a medical specimen (because it was so 'clean'). Examiners said it was probably a male African American in his 30's.
