How would u go about investigating a cops whereabouts? Is there any sort of internal reports they make to their superiors about where they go & do during their shift? U would think they would Have to fill out some sort of paperwork when their done w their shift, or at least every few days or week. Is there any way of getting ahold of something like that? I wouldn't think that's public information. I Don't think I've ever even heard of anyone mentioning seeing something like that. So I guess the likely hood of that is pretty slim. I'm not suggesting anyone run out and start trying to investigate any cops or anything I'm more just saying it to make the point of: if there was some sort of major coverup like this going down, for example a few cops knowing that some dead cop and his rogue buddy abducted Maura but can't prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt. So instead the cops just keep quiet about that and work it like they don't know shit.
Point being how could the public ever figure something like that out? If u can't have any information about a Leos activities during a shift how could u ever prove some sort of corruption like that? It's like next to impossible. U can't investigate cops unless u wanna get yourself arrested.
Someone in this board, bill I think, said that if a private citizen finds out about major corruption he can call the FBI. Which I think is true. They def have a tip line and I'm sure if u could give them credible info where they could make a case they would take it. But how would u ever b able to ever get credible information without being a direct witness, say someone drove by and saw Floyd grabbing her or something. Obviously that didn't happen but it seems like there's very little oversight of LE. They don't like scandals they make people lose faith in their force.
Hypothetically, what would nhsp do if they figured out that one of their guys was actually a killer, but they have no hard evidence to convict him with. Think they'd fire him& tell the press? I don't think they would, I think theyd give him a desk job.
Something weird happened that night, something that scared the sbd to the bone. He lied for years and took that shit to the grave with him. Someone scared him, I wonder who would have the power to do that?

& what about McKay?? Anyone ever notice that the bol was issued at 7:50 & the last place we have a reported sighting was at 8 near 116.
If McKay got that Bol in Franconia at 7:50 & headed that way that would place him right near her last sighting right at the correct time.
If the CW can b believed, she was picked up shortly after he saw her bc there r no other witnesses that reported seeing her.
If your driving 112 at night in February seeing someone walking down the road is gonna b a pretty weird sight and I would think someone would seen her. Especially when I consider how big the snowbanks r which means there is no shoulder and she's basically walking in the road at that point.
I wonder if LE ever truly looked into McKay and Floyd in relation to this.
Again we had one confirmed rogue cop and his scumbag buddy prowling those exact roads at that exact time she went missing.
Also it is known that McKay was a sexist fuck. I'll tell u this much: He is lucky he didn't have several sexual harrassment &/or sexual assaults on his record.
Has anybody ever been able to look at his internal record from troop F? Like complaints against him & such. I would love to c that. I would bet $ that there were complaints of a sexual nature in there, & if there wasn't that's bc he scared the shit out of these little girls so bad that they never filed one.
McKay was a bad cop and a bad person, borderline evil person. IMO he was straight up evil & got exactly what he deserved in the end.
I would not be surprised in the slightest if it turned out he and his scumbag wannabe cop buddy turned out to be the ones responsible for taking Maura. He and Floyd were the exact kind of people who r capable of abducting a beautiful young girl like Maura.
But even If the cops knew it was them the chances of the public ever knowing it r slim to none
