Judged: 1 1 1 It doesn't really matter who else showed up does it? The law knows who was and was not there, and by the witnessing of two key parties, watching from their windows. One saw "Maura" at the car 1-2 minutes b4 police arrived.(even though this one also said she stopped looking when SBD pulled up), doesn't mean her husband stopped looking though. The other key witness saw a flurry of activity at the trunk just b4 police. So the key witnesses SAW the "GIRL" right up til the end practically. Citygirl recently stated that Maura was at the trunk and that this info came from The W-mans, the first callers to 911. To me, Maura could have jumped inside her own trunk, unless she is related to Hudini....how could she dash off so quick? But if it's true that a red truck was just sitting there a wee bit up BHR, maybe it really was someone she knew. Wowzer....would you be able to find out if there was a last drop off on BHR that night? Or at least on some nights, for the ski groups? found the info once upon a time and Mcsmom must have missed my question to her. Either way, that truck may have been picking up his kid? Maybe finding out if there's still a list of each drop off from that night, they can question that person? UNLESS, this wasn't one of those nights, and the kids were all dropped off at one location? Like school? |

Judged: 4 4 1 There's been talk about this red truck and if you take the time to read back as I did you'll find out yourself who said what. You can stick up for columbo all you want but that doesn't help to seperate truth from BS. I was offerings something I thought was valuable and truthful since there's so many questions about this red truck. It seems that ev ery time I reply to something you jump all over me and I'm getting sick of it. You've tried to find out on several posts where I live even after I told you that for the safety of myself and my family I would never give out personal information. And yet you continue to try to find out which I find disturbing and very strange. I guess I'm done here. No one wants the truth, They would rather believe fantasies and red herrings. Good luck everyone. I truly hope someday the answers are found as to what happened to Maura. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Wowzer, do you know if this is supposed to be the same red truck that was seen by RO, or a different red truck? |

Judged: 2 2 1 I agree that this is thoroughly possible, probable even IMHO. I don't think the truck is a red herring. I think it was someone she knew. JMO of course. |
Judged: 1 Yes, this is tragic. It appeared the family figured she was helping someone a quarter mile from her home. |

Backspace4me If Maura jumped into trunk maybe there was a door in the backseat so she could easily get out. One of my cars had this. Does anyone in the Family know if the Saturn had this feature? |
Judged: 2 2 2 If you are going to post something make sure you read it before you post it so you know what you are commenting on. If you have truth to offer we are all ears but you don't offer. You were trying to make a point with your post about a woman and a dog and the red truck and you want me to back and find something to back up your point ? You should be posting the info to make your point and you failed on that one. |

Judged: 3 2 2 JWB if you want to disagree with somene that is your poragative, but to keep mentioning where one might lives is reckless, and careless. I don't think many new posters will ever post if there is a chance their addresses may be discussed. I don't think Wowzers address will help with the Maura Murray search. I'm sure if she was an "eye" witness her testimony would be best served being made to LE. I think you should take a step back and than perhaps re-enter your debate not making any address asumptions. |

Judged: 1 1 1 I don't know. From all I've read, ppl only ever mentioned JM possibly stopping by, but I NEVER ONCE heard of anyone else. Did the family think so and try to keep that "hush, hush", or did it just sprout out of the blue? Because really, it's only been a buzzin for a few years, a very mild, in and out sort of buzz. Maybe police should call these detectives in and tell them to stop putting their info out there, it could interfere. I'd have that Cottage hospital witness come in for the record. Maybe police have already done that and would like to set the record straight, but I'm SURE they have their reasons for not updating the record to the general public. |

Judged: 1 1 Or maybe she ran just far enough to get into another waiting car? Or maybe the flurry was her putting a rag in the tailpipe so police could think it was a car malfunction and not a possible DWI crash. She then took off and was hoping to make it back to the car at some point. I think if she was going to take a ride she would have just walked to one of the houses instead. Why would she take a ride? No stranger is going to drive her across the state or act like a taxi at 7:00 PM. There would be no reason to get in the car with anyone, unless she knew them. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Yes, and the friend, who knew she was trying to help someone called police 3 hours after the friend wasn't back yet. She took off on her own and found the car running with the son in the back. Police took that seriosly and went looking for....... http://www.burlingtonfreepress.com/article/20... |

Judged: 3 3 1 Yes I agree a very strong chance she knew the person if she left the scene by car.$ 280 wouldn't last the week unless there was someone else. |
