Snowy wrote: <quoted text> man, it's tough going here. yes, i was pushing off onto you, with sarcasm, what i'm accused of on a daily basis. that said, i understand why Wowzer flew the coop for the time being. some days you feel so slimed you have to go for a spa treatment and then cover up with french perfume. today is one of those days. Wowzer flew the coop because she was being pressed about her address on a public forum. I hope he or she is safe.

Dissecting each phrase in isolation for 8 years, and/or connecting dots out of context doesn't compute to resolution. "...any witness that saw or said anything about that might should be looked into or spoken to over and over again until it all makes sense." I hope she hides from all of you forever. You are very dangerous people , lacking judgment and appropriate boundaries. OUCH !!

I think if the $4000 cash was to be used for secret/sinister purposes, he probably wouldn't have told the cops about it in his statement. It's not like he had to mention it at all. Just my opinion.

That is when you would give someone money right face to face. I'm not saying this was done but I would use the car as a perfect reason if I had to take money out to give to my daughter.

I didn't think of that.

He likely knew family would be the first to be investigated, so he would have told them upfront he withdrew a large amount of cash to not make it seem secret or sinister when and if they checked out his bank records. How was Maura supposed to have paid for food and lodging and gas for the supposed return to Amherst with only $280, from which the liquor, gas and fast food already bought had to be deducted? Either someone else was paying or she had more.

She has made it known that she lived in the vacinity of the crash . What I did press her on was did she see the accident from her house. A simple yes or no response would have been adequate .

Lighthouse 101 wrote: <quoted text> Is this part of the code you speak but can't make any definitive statements because of contract. Since renner is on record for stating that family didn't sit down formally with LE until years after, are we to imply that they played a part in her disappearance for waiting so long.. Wouldn't they want to clear this up quickly so LE can look into finding the "real killer". I'm confused but is this a code for something? I never thought of it this way. You being a professional and former LE I'm sure you would have told them to sit and tell LE everything immediately to prevent this problem. So logically I'm going to think your telling me something in a code. I think I'm reading you correctly, but personally I don't see enough for family to be involved. Unless you know more. I was replying to Snowy about the Jon Benet case. My post had nothing to do with the Murrays. John

You certainly don't need to tell me and everyone else in an open forum but what was your eventual diagnosis if it wasn't Crohn's. IBD, ulcerative colitis, something else? Again, there is the bullshit that goes on with the internet and then their is real life. Sorry yours was shit for five years and took a lot away from you. Honestly. Bill Thank You Bill for the kind words. I have Never recieved a definitive diagnosis for this. I do have Progressive Degenerative nerve disease and I am headed to Mass general soon to see specialist. Just me--paris wrote: <quoted text>Hi Amy. No, I have no idea what drove her over the edge, if that's what happened. And I'm left wondering about those comedian tickets she was after, for a show in CT. Is that even true? When I read that it seemed like it came from a friend, but in the blur of my rushing around lately, I can't remember where I saw that. Her dad was in CT too. Maura was secretive....not per me, per people who were close to her. They didn't seem to know about her crash, no "looking for a new car" conversation at the brew pub, or with sara at work on Sunday. I can only ride with the tide and go with the flow on Maura. I'm open to any and all aspects of what she could have been up to. Because I do think she was up to something. When Pis say the accident didn't happen there I wonder why they want to hang that chunk of meat out there for all to see. This stuff is supposed to stay quiet. I really don't know and that's why I wonder out loud like everyone else here. It's not like a soap opra to me. This is real and caught my attention many years ago. Gotta go now.....bye The comedy ticket thing was referenced in the Disappeared program I think. I don't think they said she bought the tickets, just that it was referenced in an email she had sent to friends. Maybe I'm thinking of something else. How do you know her dad was in CT, from the old forums? Has this ever been confirmed by anyone official? So many questions I have.:-)
