that link totally proves my point.

There is not accident forms to fill out when you get in an accident and a police officer is on the scene.
You would have to fill one out if your in a one car accident where there are no police present, you fill out an accident form to report the accident to LE and to give to your insurance. But if an officer is on scene and makes an accident report you don't. You wait avout 1-2 wks and then you go to the PD to pick up the report to send to your insurance, or you can fill out the other form in that link to request they send it to you.

There was absoulutely no need to Maura to fill out any accident form at that point. We know there was a cop on scene and we know that he filled out an accident report.

That is theoretically possible findmaura. There is definetly some in her travel time. Reports have her leaving campus between 330-4. If she left at 4 she should have been in Haverhill right before 7, leaving about 30 mins slack time, if she left at 330 then that gives almost an hour of slack.

This also goes back to why did she leave campus in the first place? I believe that in the picture taken when she got busted she was recovering from a black eye. I think its possible she had gotten herself into an abusive relationship. This could be a reason for needing to leave campus and make up the story about the death in her family. What if he gave her a balck eye that was bad, so bad she couldn't cover it with makeup. I could see this guy being like lets go up to nh for the week, ill pay for a nice condo for us and we'll just chill. This could explain why she didnt tell anyone where she was going. It would make a lot moe sense to not tell anyone if she was actually travelling with someone. also this could be why she wasnt worried about taking the saturn up NH, if she had someone travelling with her. If she was in an abusive relationship I could see her wanting to take her own car instead of going in his truck so she wouldnt be stuck up there with him if she wanted to leave and he didnt want her too.
That would answer a lot of her strange behavior.

One thing I find extremely strange is the youtube video posted by mr112dirtbag aka Beagle thats titled "black eye" I actually just checked and it looks like he removed it in the past couple weeks for some reason. The video was just a view of a poorly drawn female who definietly is meant to represent maura. But her shoulder length hair is down, just like the SBD reported and the girl has a black eye.
Does Beagle somehow know that she had a black eye when she dissapeared?
How could he possibly know this? I can see only 2 possible ways, either he somehow saw the ATM video, or he somehow came across her on his trip.

WHy is that the only video that he removed? Does it show he knes some sort of inside info, like info only the killer could know?

IDK but it appears that she did have a new bf in the months before she dissapeared.
interestingly enough fred seeems to reference this bf in his written statement to the umass police. He says they went to a car dealer bc "her boyfriend had good luck there"... Well Billy was from Ohio and stationed in OK. He went to West point but as far as I know he never lived in wester Mass. So why would he ever be buying a car in northampton? I think Fred was talking about a different BF, he must have been, right?

Funny you think everyone is Beagle. You would be surprised to know who's posting on this forum. Heck it even surprises me.
Have you been flocked lately? Heard there's lots of flocking going on in your neck of the woods. Even the Clark Bear sign got flocked. Now that took some serious climbing to do that feat.
What the hell is Flocking? How does this relate to anything we are talking about?

another q, Who exactly has been posting on the forum lately and why would we be surprised by it?
How exactly do you know whos been posting on the forum?

And its obvious the person postin as "PhoebePrincE" is Beagle. Come on, you really dont think that? if you dont think that you really need to go read some of Beagle's posts, some of them are pretty disturbing.
Hes constantly referring to something he calls the "phoebe prince effect"
He has some sort of sick thought that people are out there trying to get him to kill himself.. I dont know where hes getting this from but its clearly an insane thought. Nobody wants anyone to kill themself, and nobody is doing anything even remotely close to what those kids did to phoebe prince, not in the same ballpart, not even the same sport. Thats completely ridiculous to even suggest.
The guy posted a series of sick, disgusting videos on youtube taunting maura's family. And now he's gonna cry about it when people start talking shit about him or to him? wtf did he expect when he decided to make videos making fun of maura and her family? I'm honestly surprised he hasnt got it much worse. I think people have been pretty nice considering.
Phoebe Prince was an innocent young girl that got picked on bc she hooked up with some girls bf. The group of kids proceeded to make fun of her and bully her online, and in person constantly. She did nothing wtong and caught hell for months.
Beagel made a series of sick videos tauntint mauras family, so he brought anything said about him on himself.
He can't complain now when someone says the slightest thing about him.
it doesnt work like that, once he posted those videos he was no longer just an innocent bystander. He intentionally placed himself in the line of fire.
I think people have been super nice and understanding considering the situation3604

The black eye could have been a result of the Corolla accident. But you bring up a good point about the black eye video.also, the"my sister,my sister" thing, her sister may have come&punched her....Who knows...i guess the mystery boyfriend may play a roll here.

Massachusetts requires that you file a Motor Vehicle Crash Operator Report within five days of the accident―EVEN IF law enforcement was at the scene.

I always found it odd that sharon reported seeing no footprints at the spot where the crash was supposed to have taken place.
Anyone else think this is strange?
Shouldnt there have been multiple sets off prints around the scene? smiths, mauras, ems and fd personel were all on the scene, so how is it possible there were no footprints?
Citi your family, did sharon really make that statement? I definitely believe that she did say that.
We know it didnt snow so who erased all the footprints and why? she also said that she saw the spot in the snowbank that was there from maura opening her door so it appears she was in the same spot.
SOmething is not right about that, where did all the footprints go? There should have been at least 2 sets, mauta's and Smith's
I personally have never met or talked to Sharon. Only have seen her on tv interviews and I dont recall every thing that was said by her. So Iam unable to answer your question.

why should prints show on the road ?
I cant answer your question but I do know that the search in the easterly direction ended on 112 at BHR because there were no footprints seen. This info came from one of the witnesses that was at the scene that night. They also said when they were trying to look through the windows into the vehicle CS had told them to move away.

Red truck? Dont know who owned it and how long it was there. But there was also a red truck that was parked in the witnesses yard within eye sight of the scene.

Car Accident

Do I need to report to the police if I've been involved in a motor vehicle accident?

What should I do if I've been involved in an accident and I need to report it?
Safety should be your first priority. If you can do so safely, move your vehicle to a safe location, such as the side of the road. Try not to alter the appearance of the accident scene or alter any damage to your vehicle. Once the police officer arrives on the scene, you will be asked for your driver's license and registration as well as a series of questions regarding the cause of your accident. Do not try to assess blame or make accusations regarding other drivers or people involved. Just state the facts, and the police officer or your insurance company will make the final determination of fault. You must also complete a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Operators Accident Report. You can obtain a copy of this form at any police department in Massachusetts, at any branch of the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles or online at the Registry's website.

Hmm..I guess there are forms to fill out, thanks for posting that info

What's funny is my gf definitely did not fill out that form when she crashed my car.
I asked her, she's been in 3 accidents in mass and said she's def never filled one of those out in her life. So apparently it's not actually required, but they exist.
Thanks for posting that.
That's exactly why I asked, bc I never heard of it and def never filled one out & nobody i know has either.
I wonder why that wasn't one of the options for forms to download on that link posted last nite.
They had a form for if your in an accident w no police present and another to order the accident report with.

"Bruce started in law enforcement in Haverhill, NH, at about the same time I did. He was a pleasure to work with. He was outgoing and supportive, and always treated others courteously. We tested together in competition for the same job at one point, and his manner didn’t change one bit. He was a gentleman. Though we haven’t spoken in years, I remember him very fondly.
Gregory Floyd came to Bruce’s aid in the finest tradition of police service and the U. S. Marine Corps, shielding a fallen comrade with his own body and taking decisive action to stop the threat. Mr. Floyd, your actions were exemplary. I salute you."
