He also did not speak kindly of SBD or CW.Red truck on his property I dont know if it was his but if not it was some one he knew because it was parked in his back yard.

Someone in the area that thought that Maura got lost. Sounds pretty hard to believe. I mean no one ever gets lost in the White mountains. Go ahead, check. Bill

Honestly this does seem right up the psycho's alley, he was a sick fuck. I wonder why everyone is so quick to write him off. Is there a specific reason he can't be responsible? IMHO,maybe he should be considered...If he were involved and SBD etc witnessed something they couldnt possibly speak up in fear of retribution. He was as bad as they come.I personally dont know of any reason why he couldnt be considered...He had a history of harrassing women...

I mean, no point in getting any names of involved people or companies correct, right? Shack eventually, sometimes, corrects her posts by looking up the information after she posts. Thinking people should attempt to put correct, fact checked, information on the forum. My suggestion is to check your post BEFORE you actually push the "post comment" button. There is enough mind numbing bullshit on this forum already without making things even worse. Most of the misinformation can be easily checked. When it is written on the forum it often points people in wrong directions and can spin off more conspiracy theories and wastes peoples time, especially if it persists long enough to fall into the realm of "old information". Then it becomes almost impossible to undo, and yet, its bullshit. Bill

Perhaps you should do your research before spouting off inappropriate rants with your slanted interpretation of everyone's moral character. There's absolutely no need to chastise other contributors when you're the one who has misinterpreted the subject being discussed on the thread at any given time.

And this makes me think the car went into lock up, am I correct? So even if Fred wanted to get the Saturn back, he couldn't due to the suspicion that the driver may have been drinking. According to Lovey's, AAA won't cover a tow when it involves alchohol, and they will put a car in "lock up".

I dont think the ca went in to lockup like your describing. The car wasn't towed by AAA, it was towed by lavoies per request of the hpd to be paid by owner. Fred n Billy went there and opened the car and started it. As far as I know Fred could have paid for the tow and took the car right then, but instead he signed the car over to lavoie to cover the towing charges. Seems like a really strange thing to do with the car but who knows what his reasoning was. Lavoies then gave the car to the nhsp to hol as evidence when it wasrequested by them. The strangest thing here Is the fact that the Saturn got more damage while being held at the troop f barrack. Sometime between when the first pics in 05-06 and when renner took his pics the car sustained a lot more damage. Is it common for the nhsp to allow cars they r hiding or evidence to be damaged? How does that happen?

How does that happen? IDK, maybe they don't have a holding pen, or enough room. But storing it outside, one would hope they have the car under watch. I just thought maybe because of impounding fees, Fred said he didn't want the car. Maybe a daily charge was going on but I think the question is valid. http://www.loveystowing.com/test.htm Whoever gave me the raspberries, go to this link and see how Lovey's operates, click on this page of links, FAQ's. I know lavoies took the car. So I was comparing what I read on the other site. Not that it matters, but it does say all the things I wrote.

Hi all.Lavoies is in N.H.Loveys is in M.A.I have been reading online about anybody that has been arrested for ANYTHING and lives or lived near the weathered barn.Sorry about the confusion.I assume someone at Lavoies was working on the saturn to have found the rag that 'was way down in the tailpipe'.My question is why.It was not worth fixing before it ever got to N.H.Also the rag was saved and shown to MrMurray..too weird...take care philip

This action is weird because this further supports the fact that Fred first thought Maura was suicidal. He mentioned squawalk to LE and he then signs the car over? Had he thought foul play he would have kept it for forensics. Exactly when did he sign over the car?
