James Renner blogged that he has not reviewed all the documents he posted, so I wouldn't assume that just because he posted a certain document that it's related to Maura's disappearance. For example the personal injury case or the man who requested a copy of the court decision. When you do a freedom of information act request they will send anything related to the name or case or file you requested, unless it is sealed, but after you go through the documents you will find that a lot is unrelated to what you wanted to know.

I see some people do not agree EL is just somebody interested in the case. Ok, so maybe the then 80 y.o. man abducted this fit young woman, kept her prisoner and drank her blood to gain youthfulness.

I read some of the articles and one of them that stands out is Nancy Smith writing her response to FM's ROI. In it she writes that Maura's car was surrendered by FM to the storage facility. I find it odd for someone who wants so much information who would surrender the vehicle over so quickly.

Maybe at the time FM thought the car had been properly processed by investigators. If my daughter were missing my thought process would be amiss.

The Maura Murray book won't be out until 2013. So that's a whole year and a half for more research. Calm down and I'm sure he will explain it. Healy on blog radio was a let down. But it's interesting that NHSP have put more time into the MM case than any other case in NH history has of 08. The police have busted their hides. Give them some credit.

If FM thought the car was properly processed and LE did a decent job than why would he ask for more information in the first place? That logic doesn't make sense to me. I know if people's daughters go missing people would act "amiss" but there are other father's who lost daughters who didn't go "amiss". If I went missing and it took my father two years to sit down with LE and he brought lawyers, I'd be pretty pissed at my father for taking so long. In my opinion FM acted so strange that "your daughters missing you can act amiss" is not even close to a respectable defense.

Also in cases where the child goes missing at night when the parents are sleeping, the parents are always the first suspects because they were the last people to see the child. In one case I saw on TV the parents were so so upset to be considered a suspect, but they sat down immediately with LE to tell them all that they could about their daughters behavior the night she went missing.

Mr Stud, You´re a conceited self-important moron and a fool, Mr Know-it-all. Why don´t you start your own forum where you can reign supreme according to your dictatorial tendencies. You have pretty much hijacked this forum and have turned into a far, far worse place than ever before. Meaningful discussions are no longer possible here due to your misplaced interventions and absurdly cavalier attitude. Nasty, nasty indeed, but I guess you´re having the time of your life right now...Congratulations!

I'm not sticking up for "Mr. Stud" but can you answer these questions: How has he has hijacked the forum? Far worse than before? When did you stop reading because I thought the forum was sent to an all time low a couple of months ago?

Thanks for the compliments. This forum is nothing more than bickering or mudd slinging. I feel for the Murray family. You know they've read this site and stand in disbelief that their loved ones life is nothing more than a platform for a handful of creeps to obsess over. How many rumors have been started here ? Good names ruined? James Renner has done good, solid work to help solve this mystery. But some of you are so jealous of his accomplishments and access, you have to tear him down. Sad.

I understand that new people might look at Renners blog and think he "discovered" all sorts of new things. Fact is, there is not one item, except for a couple of very dated documents that he has "released" and that I might add seem to have absolutely no bearing on the case whatsoever. So he has broken no new ground. He has managed to throw some other names, likely with no bearing on the case into the public domain. So, if you would like to enumerate his "findings", several of us here, can tell you when we heard/read about it. Much of it was years ago. Some of the documents have been worked over to death, such as the accident report, all of Fred's filings and the courts decisions. His thirty year old arrest report for OUI has what bearing on the case? A medical call to old address has what bearing on the case? The mentioning of EL has what bearing on the case? Maybe Shack can start passing his name around as the most likely culprit in her "murder" mystery. All that is still known (in the public domain) about this case is a young college student ran away from a crashed car while drinking after concocting a story to get away from school so no one would be suspicious about her absence? As far as "family" reading the site here. That is their prerogative, it's a public forum. If they think they will get useful information from here then they would be bigger idiots than some of the people that post here. If they want kinder, gentler idiots, then they can visit webslothes. Nothing useful there either, but they play nicer. Bill

However by Renner posting the info he makes it more readily available for everyone to read without having to go through pages of pages of B.S., and not have to decipher fact or fiction of this blog. For example: I always considered FM surrendering the car to the storage company a myth until I read it in the court document that Renner posted.

I for one enjoy Renners site it makes it easy for people to quote and point people to their "proof" in the argument.
