So, IF she did hit the guy, he has come out & said he doesnt remember But police use that tactic sometimes to get a POI.. Wouldnt there be a statue of limitations on it? Cus if they were "hiding her", shouldnt she have come back by now? Or does that not apply? Idk much about MA law, but I do know its A Commonwealth like VA & both have some very weird laws..

So, what would happen if she came back (assuming thats yalls theory, shes hiding or living a new life).. Would she face the CC charges & possibly that also?? I ask simply cus I know Beagle knows MA law pretty good cus Ive read a lot of his well thought out theories from the past.. NBC10 is currently trying to contact Wing Pointe for comment and are waiting for a response. NBC10 also spoke with the Berks County's District Attorney. He told us the pigeon shoots are legal and that he also wants to find a way to put a stop to what he considers a "potentially deadly cat and mouse game" between SHARK and Wing Pointe.
