Oh I see findmaura- you're saying that those dates that are listed on the FB page are just known dates that he travelled certain places. Those times are known but he could've travelled out here other times as well and obviously did at some point.
I'm gonna have to go read some more, are there any other links you can point me to? Thanks |

Judged: 2 2 1 Lighthouse I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this but the whole sim city analogy you're making is just ridiculously stupid, I mean damn dude holy shit. the weird part is that you're not stupid, you must know this. So why are you saying it? Just to start shit right? Seems like your only purpose to being here of late is to start shit with people, usually me but you start shit with others as well. Can you not see the total irony your sim city comparison contains? If anybody is here to play a game it's you, you bring a grand total of absolutely nothing to the table, no useful anything to the conversation. I'd say about 95% of your contributions are these ridiculous posts that serve no purpose other than to stir the pot, to cause arguments and try to piss people off. It's exactly like your playing a game, see who you can get pissed off the most and see how many times you can get people to respond to your posts. You don't care of what your saying is true, or makes any sense, seems your only goal is to start shit with other posters. The other 5% of your posts aren't all that bad, sometimes you make some good points and make clever jokes, so your not an idiot. So when you say something that you obviously know is untrue it's pretty hard to believe that you don't know it. Same thing goes for people like bill, the guy is Admittedly here for entertainment. It's a game to him and all you guys, see who you can piss off. It's extra amusing to watch him work because he actually thinks he's insulting people, it's rather funny. It's just ridiculous that your comparing my postings to some sort of sims game when you and your buddies are constantly on here playing games, disrupting the conversation with mind numbing personal attacks and starting arguments over stupid points that have absolutely nothing to do with anything. You'll completely ignore the whole point of someone's post and pick out some stupid mundane fact that doesn't have any effect on the point of the comment and jump all over it, usually using personal attacks to get the person worked up and evoke a response out of them. That is playing a game, that is being a troll, which you clearly are. The sheer irony of your sim-city analogy is just off the charts. Someone who is here clearly not for any reason but to play games is tryin to say I'm here playing some sort of sims game. |

Judged: 2 2 2 His yard def had floodlights, it basically had a streetlight that was actually installed by the town to help him back his bus into his driveway, or yard like citi said? I didn't think he had a paved driveway but he had some sort of dirt parking area/driveway thing he wasn't parking his bus on the grass as far as I remember. Maybe this streetlight installed in his yard wasn't in the street, but it was pretty close to the street and definitely lit up the street enough to where he could've seen somebody walk by if he was watching. She could've slipped by while he was inside but he didn't believe that to be the case, he believed she caught a ride and in all likelihood he was correct. Makes sense. The wman's def had floodlights at the WB curve, and as for streetlights is there one at the end I BHR or not? I thought there was one right at that intersection but I may be wrong about that. Compared to the rest of 112 that little section is actually fairly well lit, most of even that section is pretty dark but there are some light sources right there. Bottom line-sbd definitely could have seen someone walking past his house if he was lookin at the right time, easily. Really makes me wonder why wowzer would come on and say otherwise. She lives right there, can she really think this? It looks to me like she was just blatantly lying for whatever reason but I suppose she could've just been wrong. |
Judged: 1 Bob, even you have to admit the skinny jeans line was funny, no? Isreal Keyes was originally brought up because authorities were questioning his possible involvement in the murder of Celina Cass I believe. |

I thought the unauthorized withdrawal line was rather funny ridiculous but I'm not sure what skinny jeans line you're talkin about.

Judged: 1 1 1 and all of it is "ridiculous". no one, except perhaps Renner, has any more info than several tears ago about the whereabouts of MM. |

Judged: 2 1 1 Habs - how would the "car" change the outcome of the case. There's a strong chance she was probably drinking and driving and the car crashed. If the car died due to mechanical failure I could see why he would be upset. If he was going to buy her an SUV then I could see why maybe he would be upset. I don't see any difference in the MM story if you use any make or model sedan. I can try to see if we can run it through the Jenkins simulation and find out which sedans would have changed the outcome of the case. |

Judged: 1 Thanks, I finally see it. They just refer to it as the "national forest in NH". I was searching for white mountain in my searches. Thanks again. Bill |

I am pretty certain that SBD had a street lamp. What I don't remember is if it was on a pole or mounted on the house but I thought I remember it looked like a street lamp. Too many years ago for me to be positive where/how it was mounted, but I am pretty certain it was there, near the school buses.

Judged: 2 2 2 If your posts have traditionally been filled with wrong conclusions from wrong assumptions they're fiction. Besides entertainment what motive would any reader have in reading your posts? I like you Jenkins I don't think your a bad person. I just think you get a theory in your head, and run with it. You don't stop and think it through. |
Judged: 1 Clearly? What do you mean by "clearly" because even if we consider both sides....involves hearsay. Nothing is crystal "clear" about this case. If it were, the case would have been solved long ago. So many gray areas and hypothetical scenarios involved in Maura's disappearance. Seasoned investigators, very experienced members of LE have been stymied by this case. The case itself has been the source of a great deal of controversy and debate and the phrase, "A mind that is open to everything and attached to nothing" needs to be applied to this investigation. |

Judged: 1 1 Hi Whiston, Don't you think the "thief list" comment is quite a bit beneath your level of intelligence? Really. Your timeline idea is great ...especially a timeline from Wednesday evening before Maura disappeared. Some timelines that have appeared leave some information out that would be helpful. The close friend "joining" Maura and her father for dinner & drinks....further info regarding that would have been interesting. Zeroing in on the cell phone ping on cell phone tower in Londonderry would also be helpful. Would also be helpful (?) to know name of person who "moved on" (the individual living in a dorm room that Maura had called). Also...the fellow who came forward weeks later to inform LE he'd seen someone running on the highway the evening of Maura's disappearance approx 5 miles from the crime scene. Did that seem a bit strange? |

Her father indicated Maura was very familiar with the Bartlett area and yet she was trying to find motel availability in Vermont...GOStowe. If she was planning to stay somewhere for a week, odd she would not have reserved a place in Bartlett. There were many places in Bartlett.

Judged: 2 2 1 Which "investigation"? The official one? I don't consider this Topix thread to be any level of ordered, systematic, informed "investigating". As you suggest, there is more hearsay than facts, and, in reality, just a circus...all drama and a show under the bigtop. JMO |

Judged: 1 Who "moved on"? The million dollar question. |
|
Judged: 1 This is the point. WHO "moved on"? The phone call associated with that particular dorm room met with another end-of-road follow-up. No name, no information regarding the individual who had been living in that particular dorm room. Sometimes staff are allowed to use dorm rooms. Often in summer months when students are off campus, those attending conferences on campus are allowed to use dorm rooms. Various colleges and universities have different arrangements. It would seem that given Maura's disappearance and the search for her, it would have been important to determine who lived in the dorm room...the person who had "moved on". The phone records are factual. Maura's father's comment that Maura would have had a lot of places where she could stay in Bartlett, also raises the question why then was she looking for places in Vermont. A previous bf (?) had visited that area of Vermont and may also have attended a conference in that area (Burlington area) in early to mid-Feb 2004. This would be factual information if conference records were examined. The Winter Carnival was also taking place that week of Maura's disappearance. If she opted not to stay in Bartlett...why? |

Judged: 1 1 I believe one of the few things "clear" about this case is that Maura and Billy had a very volatile relationship. Family admitted from early on there were difficulties because of it being a long distance realtionship. The note on from Billy left on top of the boxes in the dorm was an email discussing him cheating on Maura. We should indeed keep an open mind, but not to the extent we deny the obvious. |
