Maybe email them through their website? It could be important to them as well. If they do not know the answer they could maybe at least pass the info on to whatever PI is working for them these days and/or the CCU if the reason for your question could move the investigation forward somehow. Just a thought. |

Morgan Harrington’s abduction and murder is yet another example of how quickly someone can be taken by predators. She disappeared from a parking lot outside a newly built arena, with a 15,000 seating capacity, while a Metallica concert was going on inside. In comparison, given a 10-minute window on an unlit country road in New Hampshire, it would have been easy peasy for a perp. to have abducted Maura without anyone noticing. Guess all the peeps are pooped after an evening of noshing Frankenfood. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Agreed.... Dense; if dense is used as figurative (of a person), then dense means that it's difficult to explain anything to that person because they can't make sense of complex ideas (because their head is too "dense" or "thick" to get anything through) |

Nah, thats not what I was saying tbh.. I am very well aware of anything at UVA & the arena wasnt "newly built".. Maybe renovated but that center had been there since I was a kid cus we used to go watch basketball games as my brother had season tickets.. Now there was a newly built building close by.. Working out of DC, I pass through that area of VA every week & know it very well.. What I was saying, as someone thats lived in VA for a long time, I never heard of her case before & she was from Roanoke, which is where we get our news & newspaper from.. I was implying that since I live in the foothills & I uad never heard of that case even though its within an hour, maybe people in NH have never heard of MMs case???!!!!! Thats all I was saying.. Your correct in comparing the case, its apples to oranges.. I was just thinking that maybe parts of NH havent heard about MM or her case.. Sounds like it could be true.. It was pretty much 9yrs ago, take some people that were in their 20's then, maybe didnt pay much attention to the news, & have just never heard of it in certain areas.. All I was trying to say Frosty.. |
Judged: 3 3 2 I don't believe that's a fair comparison. The stadium attracted 15,000 people that day. In one small area. The probability of an abductor crossing her path is far greater in that concentration of people. Maura was in the middle of nowhere. And she disappeared within a 7 minute window. In front of three houses where people were periodically watching the accident scene. The chances that an abductor whom she did not know happened to drive by on that road in that small window is really nil. I certainly don't believe it. |

Judged: 3 3 2 the cheap-seat-sleuthers have a need to connect any and every missing and/or murdered person to MM's disappearance by globalizing the drama they read online or hear in the news. geography, demographics and the few facts verified in MM's case are unique circumstances. cookie-cutter-copycat-standard -issue connections are weak arguments. the job at hand is to uncover FACTS about MM's life circumstances and relationships that were clearly troubled and likely tie directly to her disappearance. they are well hidden. Frostwoman's poke into outer space has very little relevance to MM's circumstances. |

there it is; my conclusion, as well...except i'm typing imore slowly in a moving, shifting vehicle. logic. using one's head. |

Judged: 1 1 1 I have been saying this same thing for years. And I've collected many nuts, white light bulbs, flames and meany faces because of it. LOL I've walked the road many times and have seen the many women that come here in the summer to walk, jog and ride bikes through the mountains in areas much more isolated. I haven't heard of anyone else disappearing. I don't believe it either. |

thank you, sir, for understanding the point(s) i made; your agreeing is optional, but is a bonus in that it helps bridge the gap between disparate ways of thinking that exist on this forum. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Dr Wowzer at your service. Open wide and say ahhhhhhh. Sorry I'm late replying but I was on a house call up to Lake Willoughby. I'm truly sorry that some of us are not as serious and somber as you are. When there's not much new to talk about and everyone is talking about the same ole stuff over and over again it doesn't do a thing to keep the public interested. Now throw in a smile and a few jokes and the public swarms to the forum. Keep your eyes on the audience. It might surprise you. Wowzer the idiot |

i'm convinced it is an orientation to the world....some more reality based, and others more inclined toward fiction and creative thought processes. the way i see it is to take facts, build a foundation, and examine their relatedness. there are too many holes to form a theory with any certainty....and so the endless arguing reflects more of a point of view, not a reasoned and logical analysis. i began to think that this could, indeed, go on for another 20 years. it's a real possibility, unless a clue is dropped and evidence is gathered. everyone wants MM to be found. |

oh, and it is irresponsible to draw a faulty connection between people and places that isn't supported. conspiracy theories have run wild for many years. do these people actually believe this stuff? are they gullible? desperate? or do they think they are clever and brilliant? it's just me....i don't buy into what can't be verified / proven as fact(s). |
