Linda thats a great summary with some added in drama. No, some people won't talk about topics that might shed unfavorable light on the subject.

Thanks Looking4AMoose. Unfavorable light...well, it seems wrong to leave any stone unturned. I know family wants to skip over many aspects of her missing. I can understand that too, for privacy sake and Maura's good name. But if it ties in somehow, it could help. Why not try something new 7 years later. Check it out. Joe Blow is working security too. He's involved somehow in upsetting Maura. She feels like she needs to get far away to somewhere she feels safe and will explain it all later. Problem is Joe Blow knows her every move, follows her up there and..........

Someone is desperately trying to make it look like I killed Maura Murray. I didn't. I never knew her, never knew she even existed. But Maura's family has been totally convinced that I killed her. Not true! John/DC/RCS/whoever tries to rattle my cage with little tidbits that only I would understand. He even started one or two separate threads a while back asking "Where is Beagle?" How many other temporarily inactive posters on this forum have threads started that ask that kind of question? When L4M was off for a while did anyone start a whole new thread asking where she was? Ditto for firecat, whitewash, and others.

DC emails me ads featuring pills for erectile dysfunction. It's true, I've got three of his emails. He uses email names like ispyeverywhere. He uses monikers on this thread like Mr. Coke Bottles because he knows of my frequent returns of plastic soda bottles (except that they are actually Pepsi). He uses another moniker Jules Pulp Fiction that comes from a blog entry of mine. He just keeps trying to rattle my cage, hoping I blow my stack. Or kill myself, which apparently Maura's family, or at least DC's real employer, would like to see happen and will take as adequate justice. Who's paying DC to constantly focus on me? Who's paying him to use these monikers? Who's paying him to immediately back up Snowy's defense of Quija's mentioning "spalted wood?" (That got some quick and transparently foolish and desperate responses!)

It is very obvious that Maura Murray's family has been deceived and wants me to kill myself because they are obsessed with me.

And what is anyone to make of all these thinly veiled references in his last or nearly last post about Whitson and EWB? Anything to do with the word "whilst," which is rarely used in the U.S.?

This stuff should not be happening, but it is. That's one of the reasons this case is so weird.

I can hardly wait for the stupid responses to the deadly serious problem all this represents. Something's seriously wrong here and gd it it's not me being crazy. I'll be accused of it till the cows come home, but the weird comments I've been getting and the other things that have happened in real life, offline, are just incredible. These Topix threads are just one venue of their attack, but it sure isn't the only one.

And why is DC/et al emailing me, among others, Helena's apparent email address? And a couple of others that look like contacts at newspapers and some others I don't know. Why does one of these mystery people that DC/et al emails me, email me themselves and say that the original email from DC is infected? Which it seems was true. WTF!

DC figures the more mysterious he is, the more he can get under my skin. Well, some days he does!!!

Oh, I get it, Maura's family wants me to hang myself next to the Weathered Barn on Route 112 in Haverhill New Hampshire. They want a suicide, a dead body hanging from a tree because they can't get a prosecution! Sorry, I'm a little busy at the moment, and with the price of gas so high, a voluntary trip to Haverhill NH is not looking too likely right now. Plus I'm bad with knots.

as they say, no good deed goes unpunished....and if your good deed was to do some local sleuthing way back when...then perhaps the lynch mob as informally identified you as one of their suspects, along with the SBD, a policeman or two, and an unidentified serial killer roaming new england. i have no contact with DC.
i somehow doubt the real investigators consider you to be a suspect, or you wouldn't be a free man. it sounds like you are being harassed, however.

Boy Beagle, if you are looking to me to influence DC you are really barking up the wrong person. I don't believe DC, have no influence with DC, don't know what DC has been up to for the last seven years. I haven't even heard him on this board for years and have no idea what he is doing in relation to this case. He has one hysterically funny cheer leader. I don't know if even she has heard from him. Judging from the last messages she attempted to send him on the public forum I kind of doubt it.
