That would or at least might tell me the post was either real or fake. So far, no answers, so either he's busy, lost interest, or he never posted it in the first place - it was a prank. Someone's just trying to bug me. Don't know. Can't tell. But if it's legit, it could reveal something about Maura's disappearance. But if he wants to talk confidentially, then no one's going to know about it anyway. It's just a very strange thing to have happen. I can see that some other posters on Topix - Dawn or Whitson, for example - might want to make direct contact, but a local PI? It's the closest someone can come on Topix to sending a PM. Wonder why he's not trying to contact the NHSP?....forget the PM....try the BF.... Really.

WTF/Bill and Wowzer, Maybe you should check in with the Cold Case investigators. Maybe they would have the resources to determine whether your mystery PI is legit. It might be safer, too. Especially for you, Bill, because you seem to be so trusting. You appear to see only the sun, the flowers, the sparkling snow on a winter's day, the pretty landscape and all that's good. I'd love to be that way, if only for an hour or two. What I wouldn't give. How great it would be.

Not only when I go to the house but sometimes, check this out, its really scary. Often, I go camping in the White mountains, all alone, for days. Oh the horror! And if that isn't scary enough, there are times that my wife and I go hiking together, in the scary woods traveling down those treacherous roads. If I thought that there was something to fear in the woods, other than mosquitoes, do you think I would take my wife or my kids out there? Like I said Roz, don't quit your day job, because to be frank, you really suck at this detective(guessing) stuff. Bill

If you're going to believe that theory......maybe it's time you had another doughnut and cup of coffee..... Maybe 2 doughnuts and 2 more coffees. Still, it's important I suppose to follow up.

Maybe they should arrange a few decoys....have young, attractive females appear to be alone and let them drive the highway Maura drove...from MA, north to Grafton County. Have them stop at some of the stores, gas stations, etc...see if they might not be spotted and followed by Boy Wonder. And...a wonder he is ..... He's been able to convince people that people are not disappearing due to foul play. Heck...even remains have been found (Pamela W's). Maura disappears, now Chris F. Do you really believe that whenever a lone driver from MA who crosses the border into NH begins to experience suicide ideation or thoughts about planning to run away once he/she hits the Grafton County line? Try the Glades (FL) if you want real adventure in camping, especially at night. Actually, it's not safe anyway today. Truckers even pack heat. Speaking of jobs, I'm supposed to have a phone interview tomorrow. Say a little prayer for me... LOL. Thinking about working over the summer, maybe 2 or 3 months. It's dirty work but the pay is decent. Even if it works out and I get the job...don't worry...I'll still be helping you out w/your investigation.

WTH-the-original wrote: <quoted text> Guess you have never heard of Guy Waterman. Bill There is a huge difference....he was in his late 60s. These others who've disappeared and whose remains have been found are relatively young. For example, Maura was only 21.

WTH-the-original wrote: <quoted text> You are so right Wowzer. I am so tired of trying to educate this person, I choose to not even waste my time responding. She get so many things wrong that if she had done even the most basic reading would allow her to know. I am not sure she isn't just doing this for sport. She gets so much of the basic information wrong. S/he appears to come from the school of "I'll sling this poop on the wall and see if any of it sticks." Well I'm through wasting my time washing the walls. Just spent several days relaxing and being amused myself about the people running around in NH killing and kidnapping everyone. My wife and I had such a great time. So relaxing, incredibly quiet and beautiful scenery. Also spent time reading in depth about the total abortion that is the Patric McCarthy case. Still trying to figure out why no one is talking about that. I suppose they are all circling the wagons trying to figure a way to make it appear that everyone is in cahoots with everyone else. That the two M.E.s all conspired with Dr. Andrews to NOT list this child's death as murder. If someone wrote this as a movie no one would watch it because the plot is too stupid. None of the families cheerleaders on this forum has had anything to say either. Shocking. You would think that if they had even an ounce of decency, they would tell the family that this charade is over and that they should attempt to move on with their lives instead of looking for bogey men. As sad as that is, it nowhere compares to continuing to relive this horror and including others in it. http://www.topix.com/forum/city/lincoln-nh/TJ... Bill I'm glad you enjoyed your visit once again. I agree it's so quiet and peaceful here. The snow makes it even more beautiful I think. Sometimes I forget how lucky I really am to live here and see it every day. I also thought this might be a sport or game to her because no one can be that dumb.

You've got a NC out there..... No need to get any decoys Roz. Just take a ride in the summer time on 112, 116 and all the other roads including the dirt ones and you'll see all kinds of young women and men riding bikes. Gasp! I even talked to a lone women last year at a secluded pond who was taking a rest after biking up a mountain miles from the nearest house. Keep your eyes open if you're driving because they really are a PIA to cars and trucks on these hilly and curvy roads. It's so obvious that you've never been here Roz and yet you condemn the area. You know so little yet pretend to know everything.
