I think this is some sort of bazaar fantasy you've concocted in your head, this notion that people are like obsessed with MM & blah blah blah. I don't see anyone obsessing over anything, except maybe Alden, he does seem pretty obsessed.
Seems to me like you're confusing people saying that they care what happened to this girl who went missing with them being obsessed with this. Besides beagle the only people that seem obsessed with anything are people like snowy & Wowzer; these people are on this forum from early in the morning to late st night, every day. Literally ALL DAY EVERY DAY, now THAT'S obsessed. Funny part is that half their posts are about how stupid the whole thing is an what a waste of time it is. How stupid is that? They spend like 16 hours a day posting somewhere they think is totally a waste of time and completely stupid. Weird.
Reading this post it just seems like you have some sort of bazaar fantasy about what other people think that's NOT based in REALITY, it's freekin weird.
And then your other post comparing the ribbon tree to holy sites around the world, my god are you for real?? So people are making pilgrimages to the ribbon tree now?? When did that start happening? How have I not heard of that?
Amy was saying that she wants to go to visit Nh sometime bc it's so beautiful, & she said that if she ever does she would wanna check out the area where Maura went missing, out of curiosity basically. That's not making a pilgrimage, that's NOTHING like you're implying people do. Has there ever been anyone who's made a pilgrimage of sorts to the ribbon tree? Can you name just one person who's ever gone there under the pretext you've described? Just one? I think not.
That post was just plain snarky, bitchy & very stupid all at the same time, I'm impressed with how bad a post you can make. I'm also impressed with how much Tom you have to spend commenting on a topic that you think is such a waste of time.
