You aren't going to claim a "non denial" from me...no I didn't create the Geocities web page. I would bet my life it wasn't a journalist from the globe.

Don't ask me again. There is no mystery. There are stalking laws in California if you keep this up.

I am _a_ Santa Clara poster.

I don't know how you figured out that all 1.8 million people in Santa Clara County never post at Topix or on this thread...but I will have to say that is mighty good dete that all 1.8 million people in Santa Clara County never post at Topix or on this thread...but I will have to say that is mighty good detective work.

It was also pure genius for you to conclude that I, who has never claimed that Maura was in Canada, is somehow Suzanne.

Einstein would envy your further conclusion that because Suzanne openly considered ideas that were obviously copied and pasted into a bogus web page and modified from supposition to fact, that its creator must be "Suzanne" and not someone who was messing with both Suzanne and Citigirl.

And you bust the supercomputer at NASA when you ponder why no one wants to email you when ask questions and simply decide to ignore truthful answers, but instead start making accusations without sufficient evidence. That kind of genius doesn't come around often.

Not when almost the exact same information is sent to the Attorney General of the State. Whoever it was was a very busy bee. The document was released with several hundred documents. Can't be sure of course, but that would seem to indicate that it was not a part of the investigation or it wouldn't have been released. Of course it was also posted on a Geocities page and miraculously showed up on Topix a few days later. Don't you remember Quija's analysis? Post 18662 which conveniently has disappeared...thread is still there, but starts at 21004....always wondered why she was protesting so much...and wasn't she good buds with Suzanne...ya, I think so.
http://www.topix.net/forum/city/franconia-nh/...
Just some things I noticed with that geocities post... The writing doesn't seem familiar to me.... Doesn't seem like anyone who posts here regularly....
Examples:
1. Maura is living a content and satisfying life in the Province of Quebec.
"Content" instead of "contented".
"Province of Quebec" instead of the way most of us just say "Quebec".
2 and 3. Maura's being asked to leave West Point and all the ensuing criticism by her father was the beginning of a certain line of thought for Maura, culminating...
Don't remember ever reading the phrase here "a certain line of thought"
"Maura's being asked" vs. "Maura having been asked"
4. Maura's relationship with William Rausch was near its end. According to Maura's sister Kathleen, they were having 'serious problems.'
No comma before "Kathleen"
Not the usual quotes around 'serious problems'.
5. On the night of February 5 2004 Maura took a break from her job at the security desk at a UMass dormitory to go and briefly get coffee and some food.
Odd word order... "to go and briefly get coffee..." instead of "to briefly go out and get..."
Odd that there's no comma after Feb. 5.....
6. Sometime between 12 MN and 1 AM Maura driving her Saturn struck and critically injured the UMass student Petrit Vasi leaving him for dead.
I have never seen anyone here use "MN" for midnight.
7. Between 2 and 3 AM on the morning of Sunday Feb 8 Maura had a second motor vehicle accident wrecking her father's new car.
No comma after "accident"
8. Fred Murray's new car was towed around 3 AM to his Hadley motel room. Maura arrived at Fred's motel at the same time as a passenger in the tow truck.
Leaving out a comma after after "same time" makes this sentence unclear.
9. Fred was not happy with Maura to put it mildly.
Weird there's no comma or dash after "Maura"
10. Fred Murray has a history of domestic violence.
This is interesting because it's something a neighbor, LE, a P.I., or family member would know about from when Fred lived there and this occurred.
11. She and her new boyfriend travelled in tandem to Route 112 in NH (He was already in Southern NH).
Poor grammar/punctuation in dealing with the material in the parentheses...
ANYway, this seems to have been posted by someone whose writing I'm not familiar with, someone who didn't go to college or wasn't in advanced classes in high school, someone who just quickly wrote this and didn't really care about getting it "right", or someone disguising his/her writing. Don't know what the heck that means...
FYI - Quija, bless her, was eager and diligent in her free-flow, unedited musings while trying to create possible scenarios to explain MM's disappearance. at times, i would, then as now, point to the absurdities of various considerations, to include Beagle's egg harvesting, but she did no harm.

Thanks to everyone who has already donated to our effort to generate new leads on the upcoming 10th anniversary of Maura's disappearance! We have raised enough to buy full-page ads in Mass and Canada. We're about two hundred short of being able to purchase ads in NH as well.
The campaign ends Monday at noon.
Please spread the word!
Are you really gonna buy an ad in a Canadian newspaper before NH? What is your reasoning behind this? I understand why people think she ran to Canada but has there ever actually been a credible sighting there? Wasn't the Toronto curves sighting debunked?
From all i've read i'm yet to see anything credible that makes me believe she's in canada, have you seen otherwise & just not posted about it on you site?

I just can't see any reason to choose Canada over NH. Unless maybe if someone was trying to elicit sightings out of the public, be it real or fake? When people put out info about a missing person there's almost always someone who says they saw the person, happened in this case several times, including at the curves. Now if you're writing a book isn't it going to be a much more exciting book if there's 'potential sightings'? Or maybe a part where he's 'running down leads' or something like that? The cities in Canada have a way larger media market than NH does, you're more likely to get alleged sightings the more people you show it to, but that doesn't mean it's going to find her, I'm not aware of any billboard campaigns that ever found anyone. Doesn't mean it never happened but it can't be the most effective means of finding someone.

Nothing can replace real, professional investigators digging into a case, that's how cases really get solved. Not by authors and their band of blog followers. Authors write books about cases that have been solved by real investigators, they don't solve cases.

well said.
Sam et al. leap and jump to conclusions without definitive, supportive evidence, and then show up on topix to accuse, argue and harass.
it's easy to spit out accusations, but more difficult to support the veracity of a charge made unfairly. but, here i go repeating myself on that point once again.
the heat put on SBD is now duplicated after his death. accused, judged and buried by the ducks, only to be retried by another fresh batch of dim lights.

oh, my enthusiastic support of Jenky's statement is limited to that quote alone.
there's merit to reading content, not just skeuthing out identities of posters.
it's probably Jenky because, true to form, he expresses himself by rolling repetition.
but is Sammy really Sammy or Granny really Jenky or Suzy really Noisy or Is Beagle really Legal?
and why is Jimmy not saving pennies to fund billboards before spending for print ads?
and did the Full Moon Ride take place in Canada? for real? or only in their dreams?
oh, Silly Sunday.

original, duck dynasty premise:

MM's killer is lurking on topix

hence, the intrigue and endless posts with this theme endlessly revisited by newbies.

was Maura killed? maybe, maybe not.

faulty premise, stated as fact, prompts faulty action; newbies hunting down posters on topix. Frosty Lady sets off in pursuit with Findy and Granny in tow. Renner in the trenches with Green salivating behind.

Clint vying for a spot with Renner, and Sam and Ty flexing their intuitive, sleuthing skills.

silliness. no wonder there are so many posts.

the only truth is that all of the above rely on topix for a historical record. i don't have an interest in re-reading topix in book form.

You're the true genius, Ben, if you plan to argue that I'm stalking 1.8 million people. I do know who you are (you referenced things that only Ben would know, e.g., that I called White Wash, that I used Spokeo to find her phone number, and that she claims to not have pictures of the crash site).
Let's not forget that you were the one who requested the ip address from Advocate in the first place. So stop claiming that you support privacy.
Finally, there is only one of me. So I ask that you and your 1.8 million monikers stop harassing me on here. If you want to have an adult conversation, we can do that.
Ben, I would just ignore this idiot. He's like a dog. He barks at everything.

so, this post is evidence of rational thinking; it's a 360 turn away from your previous mentality where targeted topix posters were recommended for scrutiny and investigation….without cause. or just because.
long, long saturday night accusatory rants about a deceased cop, a deceased school bus driver, ice fishermen, the son of a prominent local NH businessman and long-term topix posters.
ah, the good old days.
who the hell are you, anyway? hello? Sybil? i remember some pretty crazy statements.

Samuel may have his hands full figuring out which monikers belong to whom in real time. it will definitely keep him busy.
