Maruchan,

My problem with you is that you're obviously smart enough to understand the finer points of this case and the only reason you would have to try to undermine the actual facts in this case (interviews, documents, records, that are indisputable) is to muddy the waters. And I have to wonder why that would be. I hope it's just that you're a troll.

I love how you think you've found something not factual and point to a one bedroom unit that... sleeps 10. Good stuff. There's no getting around the fact that Maura was looking for rentals too big and too expensive for one person, especially on her budget.
Uhhhh renner.

As someone who rents a condo out and has owned one for years. I'll let you in on a little secret. All the condos I know of, and I am familiar with Seasons since I looked at those when we were ready to buy and they are not far from where my condo is located. All of the condos that I am familiar with are usually set up as follows. Two bedroom and two bedroom with loft. Most also contain Great rooms that also have furniture that can be converted into sleeping arrangements. So just about any condo I am familiar with can have many, many beds and easily sleep ten people. What you don't know would fill books. Unfortunately the book you are writing seems to not contain anything correct that you should know from your research. And loads of things that mislead someone who is as unfamiliar with things as you seem to be.

As with most condos it's not how many people you can fit in them. It how many the association ALLOWS you to let sleep in them.

Most people disappear in seconds. No mystery. Considering how desperate I think Maura was to get away from that accident. I think she would have gotten into a car with just about anyone. Doesn't have to be, and I am certain that nothing points to it being anyone she knew and certainly not someone who drove up in tandem with her.

no, you are wrong. i don't want to, nor am i capable of "solving the mystery". i am a realist, and have tried to communicate that it's unsolvable until a significant clue emerges which cannot be forced by accusing posters of wrongdoing.

i've always come by to point out the methods of witch hunting and retaliatory behaviors, the significance of which have apparently escaped your understanding.

And I agree with Snowy that this is currently unsolvable. And some of the tactics used but current and former "investigators" have been unconscionable.

I always have visions of some of these people as being seriously constipated and straining mightily on the throne to force an answer. But none is forthcoming.

I don't know why I'm feeding the trolls today. The Salamone's condo was two bedrooms. The info was on the website she surfed. Maura was not looking for singles.

Yeah. Except she had already passed up a ride with a stranger. And the people who speak of disappearing in seconds did not do so in plain view of three witnesses who were watching the scene.

Give examples of how I "muddy the waters." Give examples of how I have undermined any "facts," interviews, documents or records in this case.

The fact is that you constantly spout theories as "facts," such as:
James Renner wrote:
She packed up her dorm. She was done with school. She wasn't coming back.
and this:
James Renner wrote:
And the fact that she was looking for two-room cabins and hotels ...
which are not facts at all, but simply your opinion, and you expect everybody to sit back and agree with you. When we point out that these are not facts, but only your opinions, we are then accused of being trolls or accomplices in Maura's disappearance.

As Lighthouse asked, and you didn't answer, where are you getting your information that Maura was looking for lodgings with two rooms? All we know is that the Salamones had a two-room condo - what other two-room accommodations can you prove that Maura researched?

I am not ever trying to muddy any waters, I am trying to clear up misinformation, and a great deal of that comes from you. The only person muddying any waters is you when you refuse to answer questions, refuse to provide evidence for your assertions, and accuse others of misdeeds to deflect those questions and direct the conversation away from your failure to do those things.

You are using circular logic. You ask me how I know Maura was looking for two-bedroom condos. I speak to the Salamones. They explain how their condo is a two-bedroom condo. You say,'yeah, she looked was looking into two-bedroom condos, but how do you know she looked at more than one?'

In the words of Jack Nicholson, "Where do they teach you to talk like this? In some Panama City "Sailor wanna hump-hump" bar, or is it getaway day and your last shot at his whiskey? Sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here."

You think you are being dismissive and cute with these comments, but all they prove to everybody with a brain is that you are incapable of supporting your theories with any type of valid argument. This leads you to avoid, misdirect and attack rather than actually think and formulate a coherent response.

Ya...not about answering is he.

Belfrey Bat ""She did it on a Monday to give herself a decent head start on police, the college, and her father."
Are you saying that you no longer believe Maura's father aided her?

Are you going to explain how you know as fact that she "was never coming back"?
Or is that an assumption on your part?"

Are you really this obtuse?
James Renner wrote:

This is YOUR theory, not mine, therefore you need to convince us that your theory is valid.

You didn't state that Maura was looking at one condo, you stated as FACT that she was looking for two-room "cabins and hotels." Not only do you state that it is a FACT that she was looking at more than one two-room accommodation, you qualify it with "cabins and hotels." Not condos. Not just the Salamones CONDO. CABINS and HOTELS. Where are these cabins and hotels, how do you know Maura was looking at them, how do you know they had two rooms?

You have been asked by two people to explain this and provide proof, and you not only have refused to do so, you are dismissing those people by insulting and degrading them.

Really, do you just not care if you have any credibility? You seem to go out of your way to ruin it.

Respectfully:

James - your forcing this. She is running away for the rest of her life (according to you) why does a two bedroom really matter?

Metaphorically thats like smuggling mexicans across the border in a coach bus because it would be to uncomfortable to hide without a seat.

Why spend more money on an extra bed, when she could squeeze into a one bedroom with someone. Surely she can trust them to share a bed, I mean they are helping her run away. Right?

She was also seen by RF running down the road miles away. You spoke to him? I take it your throwing his statement away?
