I hate wasting my time commenting on this site. I really do.

Ridiculous, your threat is implied if not explicit. And again it's in writing so thank you for that. While you are not willing to act out on this because you want to cling to your anonymity so that you can continue to volley these threats comfortably, essentially you are egging on other people to do so. I almost hope someone does, because I will use it as an opportunity to file suit. It will give us the legal means to pull the info from Topix on your id. Though, I have a feeling all it would end up doing is embarrassing your kids at school.

Beagle did contact the university about this last year, after he posted pics of my kid set to creepy music on YouTube. He tried to make this incident where I protected my sister into something more than it was. The entire story will be in the book. But suffice it to say, there was no violence. Sorry. Not as cool as you want it to be. Attempted Resisting Arrest doesn't get me any street cred.

It didn't get Beagle what he wanted, either.

Fink is a professor of musicology at UCLA. Gillette is a practicing musician and graduate student in music (about Maura's age). Epter's use of the term "objective observer" seemed like a deliberate rib and is consistent with the whole Suzanne, Geocities mud fight, and, as you point out,is also consistent with the use of terms like whitenoise and adagio. Maybe you've lost your interest.

I decided that it was not worth the cost. I hope that you get the chance to speak with him or her -- I would be very interested to read about it.

Complicated sounding question, but if I understand it correctly, there is no connection. None that I'm aware of or implying, anyway.

Oh, of course. The Lakewood OH judge, simply because he was having a bad day, threw Renner in jail because Renner tussled with a Lakewood cop while protecting his sister from the Lakewood dog officer. And got arrested for assault on a peace officer. And pleaded it out. Guilty.

You discuss the murder on one of your secondary blogs. I believe that the woman was killed by her husband.

I don't egg anyone on. I think it was lame and low for you to use an innocent family business as a pawn in your power trip with Columbo. As far as involving your kids; I've stated unequivocally how I feel about that. You're supposed to be a college educated person, in fact a college educator. A person who writes books. Research and knowledge are the tools of your trade. It just seems pathetic that you have to be told by a drop out such as myself that you need to seek council before you make these ridiculous threats. You may find yourself in a bit of a jam. Encouraging me to please. please try is not only stupid, but nullifies any case you might have.
Be very careful what you say concerning my children James. I am a very protective father and if you want to make threats about embarrassing them at school, there will be serious consequences for you my friend and you can take that to the boys at topix or the attorney you should be consulting before you go running off at the mouth.
I have made it very clear that not only do I not condone people using your innocent children in this situation,I think, to borrow a phrase from granny, " you're a dink " for exposing them to this.

I'm a guy who got interested in this case because it happened here in my home state. I'm not part of the vast conspiracy to keep the truth from coming out because I'm protecting the natives. I am a regular Joe with a couple of kids that I adore and a wife that somehow finds the patience to put up with me. You want to expose my anonymity? You want to infer that doing so will subject my innocent children to ridicule...Hmmmmm, just like CTP...You best be careful James. You best be very careful...
