It was in a northern NH newspaper. I have no idea which one. For some reason I want to say Caledonian? I am totally unfamiliar with NH media sources, someone linked to it along time ago. I quoted it exactly as it was printed. If anyone doesn't like this quote please don't tell me about it, instead contact Todd Landrey. I am sick and tired of defending this statement , I didn't say it, I merely quoted it verbatim.
Well since this is still an open nvestigation I doubt anyone can call Todd up and ask him if it is true or not. My position is that it is an unconfirmed statement made on an open active investigation. I would not place too much emphasis on this statement.

Exactly, if ANY parent thinks they know everything about their children they are in for a reality shock. especially one that's away from home in college.
I agree. And yet we have citigirl state that she knows for a fact that Maura definitely did not have a tracfone. How does she know this? Because "a relative told her."

Todd was the NHSP who was in charge of the Sprint affidavit. All I can say is I don't know why he would make an untrue statement to the local NH media.

you said you would like to see the police report. so how can you tell me this is untrue when you have never reviewed the police report? I have the copy of the police report and there is no mention of any alcohol. it just has info concerning the accident

Citigirl, as I recall, the first police report is just about the accident because they didn't consider Maura a missing person yet. There has been more than one, and to more than one different law enforcement agency. Don't be insulting, I haven't done anything to deserve it. I have viewed the same one as you have, which is not the only one there is.

Really? Read down to "Gist of Accident" on this accident report.
Last I knew wine was considered an alcoholic beverage.

I am leary of Renner, especially the whole bank account story. He is writing a book and many authors take liberty with so called facts and unnamed sources. Profit and ego can be ugly, sometimes the truth or lack of details isn't as interesting as embellishment, and as I previously stated dull, boring books don't sell, soap operas do.
Those are pretty strong words. Have you read Renner's previous books? Renner posted the bank account story, he didn't write it and yet you say "I am leary of Renner, especially the whole bank account story." I haven't seen him say anything about the bank account story, just that he would check it out. I won't judge his book until I have read it. It's best not to dis a book until u have read it. I hope he makes a profit, he's doing a lot of hard work.

Le isn't the all end all, there are obviously people that know something that might not have been interviewed or willing to come forward such as the the couple from the condo Bartlet etc so to say the Le is all over it sort of speak , I would not be so sure that things work that way
Did NHLE interview Hossein Baghdadi ? Did they learn from Baghdadi that Maura said "I would like to disappear?" I doubt it. Ditto MA LE and UMA LE. Renner is breaking new ground. LE is overextended, overworked and underpaid, they can't do everything. They have a zillion other cases.

Yes citigirl please tell shack how nice and helpful the locals were. And while you're at it feel free to tell her that she was wrong in calling us illiterate, rats in a nest and that we should all be sprayed with Lysol and.....that is not attacking her. That is just telling her that what she said was wrong about the kind people that helped you when you came here searching.
What shack did was attacking the locals for years. Now is your time to tell her she was wrong. Waiting with baited breath.
Still waiting but not with baited breath any longer.Lost that a long time ago.

I'm really hoping with his digging that he comes up with something or someone that will hold answers as to what happened and where Maura is.

This same police report states red liquid on the driver's door and car ceiling. That red wine did not just jump out of the back seat onto the driver's door, sounds like she was drinking red wine out of the coke bottle while driving on twisting, possibly slippery, wintry country roads. Not wise.

So a Sprint Representative lied under oath? Lying under oath is a felony.
And NH State Police Officer Todd Landrey lied when he said "if we knew who made the Londonderry call we would know everything."? U can't really say they were mistaken since cell tower technology is not new, It is not considered advanced technology, it is basic, routine, unsophisticated and used every day by LE all over the world.
the document is not verified to be authentic. is it?
i've not seen an official determination made by sprint. have you?

I was referring to what I can find online, from your family's website. Wowzer linked to it, Renner linked to it, and Renner interviewed the police again later. As I said, there are more than one report-- is yours different from the one that's so widely available? You should scan the one you have and show us the money, Citi. There's probably a scanner you can use at the local library.

you know, i might have thought you are suzanne....reappearing as lauren. i've changed my mind. your very eager, defensive, pro-renner cheerleading is not particularly convincing no matter how often you repeat your partial theory. there is no proof that she was or was not accompanied by someone, met with someone, or travelled parallel with someone to NH. it's plausible, yes, but not convincing without proof.
