Iīm so sorry, Linda, you and your family are going through such difficulties. My heart goes out to you. I will miss you and your always interesting and thought provoking posts, but I do understand your need for a break. Hope to see you back here, though. And as far as knowing what happened to Maura, never say never!

Remember how Kathleen did not offer that she even spoke to Maura? It took obtaining the cellphone records for police to even know that Kathleen was the one who talked with Maura that night. They keep reporting that Kathleen does not recall a second call with her sister, because she takes sleeping pills. Sounds like maybe they saw another call, or why would police say that?
No family involved in the equation. No trucker involved in the equation. No condo involved in the equation.

The idea of hitting a guardrail somewhere up the road is interesting, and is a plausible explanation for the unconfirmed first accident as well as some of the damage to the car. But rather than lessen the mystery, it kind of adds to it. Why would anyone have an interest in suppressing information about a first accident? And why havenīt even the PIs looked into this simple possibility. After all, she had a history with guardrails.
Yeah, I mean, after my car was hit by a moose 7 years ago, the damned things just keep on hitting me. It must be my "history" with them.

I'd like to see those pictures, and I'd like to hear from others who are often in that area - have you seen the black Saturn "behind locked gates"? Someone want to ask Renner about that? I've been past that area at least ten times over the last couple of years and there has never been a black Saturn enclosed at all. It is behind the building - not at all the same as being locked up. Will check on that on Tuesday and will take pictures since I'll be driving through.

Be sure to have a good zoom lens becuase with all the no trespassing signs to keep people away from the back of the building you can be arrested for trespassing if your caught.

You should'nt practise moose calls when your driving. It does bring them out into the road especially during rut season. Keep on duckin.

It would seem that Mr Renner has run out of steam, considering his MM blog has not been updated for 9 days and no new comments added for quite some time now.
I had some initial hopes that the Renner investigation might be able to reveal some useful new facts concerning Mauraīs fate, but seemingly not...

When I saw it y ou could see it from the front of the building clearly--but it was behind a fence. I never said locked though--please refer back to my comments.

looking4moose my reply wasn't meant for you. It was meant for the person that said they were going there to take pictures.
I also saw it behind the fence from the front of building. The NT signs are there to keep people out from behind the building.

My apologies..I meant it more as a general reply to those who doubt that it was behind the fence.

Something seems strange. I thought we were told that the FBI handled the questioning of her friends etc. in MA. If this is true then I wonder how the FBI overlooked such a very important witness.
Or maybe they didn't or maybe the FBI never questioned anyone, or maybe the FBI wasn't involved at all, or maybe the sister knows more than what she's said or maybe the family knows more than what they've said or maybe Maura didn't disappear at all.
Maybe this whole thing is a huge pile of BS that even a bulldozer can't budge.
Agreed. Something does seem strange. All roads keep returning to LE. Mrs. R discovers the phone call to the Salamones months after Maura is missing. Now this,(possibility of overlooking an important witness)? No wonder Maura's father had his doubts and wanted records. Something has seemed highly unusual about this case and everything associated with it right from the very beginning. Something stinks.

Well, all I can think to say is MR Renner needs to go back to the source.......Kurt. Ask him about his dad, his aunts and uncles. Did they come around and so on, and how was the relationship to his dad, etc, in terms of Maura.
Thanks Whiston, here's just one of many on that gas theft.

The "source...?" LOL. Maybe going back to the beginning and questioning the member of LE who is said to have FIRST arrived at the accident scene and then disappeared for two hours might be a refreshing beginning focus for a documentary? This individual was the one the dispatcher could not reach him for 2 hours? Maybe after ALMOST SEVEN YEARS it's time to move away from the runaway and suicide theories, stop analyzing family dynamics and BEGIN taking a closer look at "missed opportunity" interviews. That phone call about the availability of a "condo...?" That needs to be revisited. In my opinion, there have been several automatically ignored, automatically concluded pieces in this case. Too many.

I thought CS was first to arrive and then a trooper that checked out a woman walking by the store. Who was the first one that disappeared for two hours?

I've been thinking. I have a scanner I listen to and when a dispacher can't get a reply after a few tries from an officer they send another officer out to make sure the one not answering is ok. How is it possible that one can disappear for two hours without other LE being called out to search for this officer? Does'nt make sense.

Iīm glad that someone here on this board is revisiting the strange case of the "missing" NH State Trooper J K-M who apparently was "off line" for well over two hours after Mauraīs disappearance from the Weathered Barn curve on Rte 112.
No publicly known, plausible explanation has ever been given regarding this matter and James Renner has this far stayed clear of researching this aspect of Mauraīs case on his Maura Murray blog.
Itīs certainly time to check out this unanswered mystery, which has been left unchallenged for way too long....

Renner has created so much hype on his forum. But he has ceased for now because he has run out of Bullshit to fling.
