Both are very true.
both might be true but a simple yes or no would be just fine or even just an answer to my original question. Snowey never answered the question as usual she goes off and thinks it is a writing contest.

<quoted text>I think so too. But according to the Cottage hospital witness who stayed late, leaving work right at 7 that night, she says she saw CS rushing up and down the roads, and then passed two cars,(one belonging to CS) with noone around. The witness,(if true) also said the squad took off again and passed her. It may or may not be true though.
to my knowledge this witness never mentioned seeing CS or any one else. Only stated what they had witnessed what they had seen a police vehicle doing.

Wish I had known this sooner, I was just in Littleton today.
Next trip there I'll be sure to keep my eyes open for someone in a racing suit and a full face helmet. Shouldn't be hard to spot.

I can answer this. According to Helena, who used to be a email buddy to me, and even called me a couple of times, the answer is no. Maura's mom had not been diagnosed.
But just like a few I have known, you can almost predict it, b/c the person is coughing too much, wheezing, gravely sounding voice that deepens and spewing. Then when you consider the amount they are smoking, and you are studying to be a nurse, you might be overwhelmed.
But Kathleen said Billy and Maura were fighting AGAIN and that her sister may have faked the crying episode to get out of work early. That her sister probably went to the White mountains to get away from everything and think.
Police said there was enough food in the car to suggest a short get away. Kathleen says something went wrong.

Did anyone consider that the 'death in the family' excuse was perhaps an easy means of explaining away her upset upon receiving a phone call? Composure is a pretty integral part of a successful nursing career. She was probably embarrassed and concerned that she'd lost the plot in public.'A death in the family' gave her a handy cover for the tears AND a means of getting away for a while. A perceived sense of failure, especially in an athlete, can be a dangerous thing.

Just me am I understanding this correctly? Are you saying that two private detectives (Columbo and Weeper) that have been working on the MM case is sending/forwarding information to a small select group of people while keeping the information private from the public and the posters here? Sure doesn't sound professional to me.
Hey Columbo, got any tidbits you would like to share with the Topix public sector or do we need to grow webbed feet and feathers first?
Hi Wowzer. The PI's send the info to police, but it's a one way thing and they both say that. That police don't get back to them, that they just forward any new information. But then again, they have said an awful lot to us on various forums,(like Advocates), that one would think you'd need clearance for. Like a flat tire. What if police knew there was a flat, and they don't want that info put out there?(not saying the police think there was a flat). I wonder sometimes; why all the drama......and then I think it's to perk everybody up with renued interest. Or, maybe they want to see what we might drum up upon hearing such things, for their own sakes while investigating...Who knows?

It's in the archives, Patriot ledger I believe. Anyway, scroll way down to the bottom and just above the box that says "what do you believe", you'll read that police said the food and clothing found in the car was enough to suggest a short get a way. There are so many more places referring to that when I looked at them for you, but I chose Nancy Grace b/c at least it's a link with documentation.
When you first read it, the journalist writes that there was snack food, but for the fast viewing, look at the sentence just above that black box.
Thank you for letting me help you

Just checked the link and the box says something new. Advertisers everywhere, darn. I guess you just need to read it. If I can do better, find another source with a news brief< I will surely post it. I have to go to sleep though, so maybe tomorrow. For now, here's a google result for you to explore:

Ok, but really, I've read otherwise. I think Advocate's forum would be a good place for you to go read. The main thing is that this employee states she drove passed a squad nose to nose with a dark colored car. Then, the sirens went on again and CS passed her down the road some. This is too tricky for me though. Especially being so tired like I am. Hope this helps, and again, I'll try and find more tomorrow.

Snowy,

Why do you always have to be so vindictively nasty to other posters, especially new ones?
Why this need to constantly smack the head of most other contributors here, save a few favoured ones?

Poppy´s post is a good and insightful one, IMHO, and your way of saying hello to a new poster on this board is frankly speaking not particularly pleasant.
