You can rule some things out if you want to, but I don't think "the forum" will be ruling anything out - that's just the nature of the beast. Good luck!I think the forum can start to rule some stuff out. and that is helpful

you ask for the source of information but you never state whom is your source of information when you are stating things to be fact. Could you please tell us whom your source is that is giving you so called facts to Mauras case? thank you. |

Lol, I know. I'm just waking up. Does anyone know what Freds occupation is/was? I don't know that I've evr heard the exact title or position he held in terms of work life. |
i was hoping to educate citigirl about FOIAs. of course, if denied, counsel would be advised. there re 2 conversations going on here. |

Judged: 2 2 2 can we compile a list of facts that are agreed to have been verified with the source cited? look, the history of the embellished "party line" has skewed any hope to have a rational conversation long, long ago. you can thank the Tot Tent People for their forever contribution. |

Judged: 1 1 1 For what its worth, the wikipedia article says: Maura withdrew $280 from an ATM, and was alone as seen by CCTV footage.[8] Her bank account was left nearly empty, with paychecks due from her job in the coming days. Maura then bought $35–$40 of alcohol, again while alone. and http://www.boston.com/news/local/massachusett... says At 3:40 p.m. Monday, she withdrew $280 from an area ATM, then stopped at a liquor store. Surveillance cameras at the bank machine and in the store show that she was alone. http://projectjason.org/forums/index.php... Renner also mentions two videos. Info about 2 videos goes way back. Anyway, lots of mention of her being alone at ATM and liquor store. How knows what the facts really are?
it is always mentioned she was "alone" in the vids...and yet i have to wonder if someone might have been in a waiting car. who knows? MM knows. |
Judged: 1 1 1 Ok, let's wonder about that for awhile. Fred has to drive a rental and whatever plans they may have made go up in smoke in terms of knowing just what to do, clearly. Fred says, as seen on the discovering video, that, and (while looking at the Campus fount doors), that...that's the last time he saw her. He looks sincere, but could have the "last" time he saw her in a different context than those campus doors. People seem to now and then wonder if there was some kind of confrontation that angered Fred to the point of madness. But Maura went to her art job Sunday. And on Monday returned that "coat", and unless FM paid someone off, Maura was SEEN by a dorm mate leaving campus. Did Maura bookmark "a matter of life or death" in her book with her little brothers picture as some kind of clue. Did she leave campus under some kind of duress? Was she going to go do the unthinkable, or something so dangerous as....and where did the emails come from? Was it her laptop with an isp matching her dormroom location, or was she somewhere else with her laptop and at that point? Was there a plan to abandon the car for insurance purposes or otherwise? Make it look like it had been stolen? Smart people do not give themselves away by searching for directions to NH and VT, just to be found out at a later date. So I doubt this. And as for the death in the family. Could "family" be extended to her WP "family"..... I sometimes thought as many before me, that MM was predicting her own death, and/or the "death" of any pregnancy, and/or just a jump start on running away like she had alluded to. If Fred was going to part of helping her do this, and in order for someone to have seen MM in NH, she would have had to be just fine and dandy. Well, not if she was going away to have an abortion. I'm uncomfortable talking like this because it's such a huge decision for anyone to make. But here's my point. If anything, can Fred be connected to any form of red truck? As for not wanting to meet with police without having a lawyer, I can't says I blame him. Look how police can twist things around? And really, we don't know why he needed a lawyer and it doesn't sound like it was in a courtroom atmosphere. I would think police would be a lot more aggresive if they were trying to pin something on FM. |
Judged: 1 1 1 I'm game to play with this thought. As had been done before, MM is for some reason towing her car to parts unknown. The rag was not to show the car by extention, because it was way up there and not visable. That, and the car being in nuetral. Supposedly....i wonder, hmmm. But if it came loose from whatever, and "dropped" from the towjob in tow, I can see things splashing around, the car spinning around and Maura finding her way to get back in that red truck or similar vehicle to journey on. Fred said he told her to do that and he offered that up almost like a knee jerk. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Caution: this is all for playing with the ideas of some. I'm not saying I think so. |
Judged: 1 1 1 Ah, yes,~but did they "grill" Fred? I mean, did they sit down with him too citigirl? Around the same day they sat down with Billy? Do you recall what feeling Fred came away with if they did indeed "grill" him like they did Billy? Thanks in advance. |

Sorry for the repaet everybody. But I wonder if the ATM "fast cash" machine was just sitting in the liquor store. Maybe this helps to explain all the confusion |
Judged: 3 2 1 Fred had/has a medical license to practice radiology. I checked this out myself a couple or more years ago via an online listing of medically licensed professionals in Massachusetts. |

Judged: 1 OOps, I can see that now, so I'm going to go draw something or get busy on one of many things on my day off. Good day everyone, sorry for butting in. |
Judged: 1 1 1 But the underlying problem is when the rag is found stuffed up the exhaust pipe Fred throws out out the explanation that he gave her the rag and told her to place the rag into the exhaust. So it is safe to assume the rag was shoved up. My question is the second someone told him there was a rag shoved up the exhaust the normal answer would be " Holy $Hi$ someone is trying to kill my daughter" Not oh she probably ran away. There is no way to argue that Fred does not know the rag is in the exhaust and he placed it there. Now if you want we can argue he helped her run away I may entertain that. If he didn't help her run away then...... |

Judged: 1 1 1 thank you. excellent. fact. |
