I think that info is under seal. So, no.

If LE only performed 4 lie detector tests and then no others it could maybe be concluded they found their man.if not they would have conducted more as POI's presented.

Hi all.I still don't know who in LE arrived at the saturn first.In my mind we had SBD Sgt,Smith and mystery Monaghan cruising the neighbourhood looking for the saturn driver.M runs int RO on her way back from the store walking toward Bunga Rd, loon Mountain employee travelling west passes the saturn, door is open and continues home to French pond rd.Then we have the cottage hosptal witness driving east on rt. 112 and seeing a police vehicle [assumed it was sgt Smiths car]nose to nose with the saturn but no people around.IMO Something is really wrong with the timeline.Looking for dark hollow or old ranger station on the map someone posted that Williams was out there and Smith 'blew by' him.Take care phi;ip

Could the timeline be off because of the lack of note-taking?

I agree. The timeline seems off for whatever reason.
Another thing:
According to some reports/posts I have been readin over the years, it would seem that State Trooper JKM-n some time after MM´s disappearance was temporarily assigned some duties at the NH RMV in Concord, before later apparently being re-instated as a regular state trooper. If true, this would seem to me to be a possible case of temporary "demotion" for whatever reason.
Does anybody else here remember having seen this purported version of events?

two separate paragraphs; two separate actions. the first was looking inside through the many windows.
the second, in the back, tells us the materials were strewn among junk and old mail, which he verifies were addressed to Fred, and then suggests he could manipulate the materials to remove the xeroxed copies of the girls' photos to scan and post on his blog.

Smith's response time was 17 mins. and that is 1 minute more than the wait period for FD and EMS.

FD and EMS was called out 1 minute before Smith got to the scene. WHY.?

And IF Smith did arrive at the scene and find no driver.

WHY IF Smith was unsure of a driver or their condition would He send EMS back to the station after ONLY 6 MINUTES. This is really fishy in My book..!!

The vehicle nose to nose with the Saturn that evening was "THE SUV" # 001.

Smith was in the sedan # 002 per an interview with The Westman's.

One of Hverhill's cruiser had slid off the road that day and had to be towed out of the snow.

There is a Haverhill selectman's meeting minutes with proof of body work needed on one of Haverhill's cruisers. This was a March 2004 Meeting.

There is a ROTTEN fish in the pix..!!

It's amazing how these inconsistencies I state when it comes to LE is so quickly put down.

IF this was not a factor then why is there so much resilience on the part of certain posters to strike like vipers everytime it is mentioned.

It's helped me, at least, tremendously. Like I've said repeatedly, I always enjoyed your posts from years ago, and it seems you are back to how you were, then. There was the lady that stated she heard LE arguing in her back yard as to who's jurisdiction it was. She did not give a time. Only that she had heard LE in her back yard arguing as to who's jurisdiction it was. We knew nothing about this. It was this woman and her friend that were the ones that sought us out and found us to give us this info.

You've dropped little hints and in a round-about way accused the police dept of being guilty in her disappearance. Very very unprofessional for someone that claims they are a Private Investigator IMHO. You've stated you've worked this case for 8 years. Isn't it your job as a PI to find out truthful information?
Do you think a respected professional PI would be saying the stupid things you are saying on a public internet forum?
Before accusing people I will ask you something I asked not long ago but you ignored.
HAve you ever sat down at the Haverhill PD with any of the people you are talking about and asked them any of these questions you are spouting on this forum? Ever? At any time???

8 years later We are still putting up fliers about Maura here in Littleton, Bethlehem, Franconia, Lisbon, Sugar hill, Easton, Haverhill, Woodsville, Benton and surrounding ares.

And within a week or 2, 90% are taken down and are gone, nowhere to be seen.....JUST LIKE MAURA.

But all the missing cat and dog ones are still there. At least there are animal lovers out there.

Who's we and where are "we" putting them? That is pure BS. There haven't been any new fliers put up for years and the ones that were put up the wind and weather took them down. There was one on BHR that took months to finally deteriate but eventually that also was gone.
The blue ribbon has stayed on the tree and the pictures on the tree thru the years have blown away. I no longer believe a word you say.
