Bumping and LIghthouse - I'll ignore the rest of you. There is something ROTTEN they've been covering up for a LONG TIME. I am so flippin HAPPY that JAMES RENNER is starting to show all the STORIES AND ALL THE LIES about what happened in MA and probably some of the people close to her. A BIG HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
I will sleep better tonight knowing all the BULLCRAP for 8 years isn't sticking to the walls.

Wtf, a completely new account of the Hadley accident!

"Maura was in bed when I woke up around 10 a.m. Maura woke around 10.30. She told me about the accident. I asked where´s the car. She told me it wouldn´t run, it had to be towed."

And this: "I wasn´t sure I had insurance for her."

No Maura waking Fred up in the wee hours, no call to the insurance company, no telling Maura it was ok b/c insurance would cover it, no upset call to Billy from Fred´s cell phone?

This has been explored several times extensively here on Topix. I believe the consensus each time was 7 years. IF she was involved and I tend to believe her supervisers statement concerning this, still charges could not be brought after 7 years. I hope this is helpful.

It is quite clear from Renner's blog post today that the New Hampshire Office of the Attorney General has considered this a homicide from the get-go. The request for cell phone records to the Sprint Subpoena Compliance Unit was made by AAG James D. Rosenberg on behalf of the Homicide Unit. Rosenberg left the AG's office in 2004 and went into private practice, so the request was made shortly after Maura disappeared.

Absolutely agree. The NH AG's Office, Homicide Unit has been looking for a perp. from Day 1 or thereabouts.

Early on, they requested information from the Sullivan County Department of Corrections, among other places. It seems pretty clear that they suspect foul play.

Frostman, that is certainly a factual post. It is obvious also that Fred has never been a suspect in the disappearance of Maura.

At approx. 11:15 PM tonight it will be 8 yrs. since Brianna Maitland went missing from Montgomery VT. under very suspicious circumstances.

Correct....

Fred was working and could not have hurt Maura.

Maura was working so She couldn't have hit Vasi.

Then Why is it that the people here with an agenda will not let this go. These are 2 things that LE has proven. So this is FACT....Right..?

I thought that is what the Agenda folks wanted were facts.

I completely agree Anne. In my opinion, anyone who posts that Mr. Murray is complicit in the disappearance of his daughter could be attempting to deflect suspicion away from a person (or persons) who harmed her. Or perhaps they're just a nasty wag who hasn't done his or her homework?

Does anyone know for certain, a fact that Trooper John Monaghan was on Duty the night of Feb 9th 2004.?

What shift would He have been on IF He was working.?

After re-reading Fred Murray's statement I can't help but feel for him on a personal level. Being a Father myself, it is so sad, so awful.

Trooper JM was working that evening. If I recall the Troopers were working various overlapping shifts back then, if he was on the evening shift I would guess he was on til around 1am or so. Troopers didn't really have super concrete shifts, especially in Troop F.

Fred was never really a suspect, he just was never forthcoming. So sad.
