Take a fast Cab ride through NYC and roll down the window and scream " I am mad as hell and I am not going to take it anymore" Follow that with deep breathing exercise. Then try the bubble blowing.

His name is Stephan Cimikowski, He was the Benton Constable at
the time.

He was lE for Benton back in 2004 and also worked for probation dept.

The hasty search that night certainly never involved calling in any more recruits to help.

They sent EMS away in 6 minutes when they had nothing better to do. They were just headed back to their station. And that is not to the east.

Unknown injury

17 minutes response time by Smith, FD and EMS toned before Smith arrives at scene.

WHY was FD and EMS not toned out at the same time as LE.?

Looks like EMS stayed only 6 min. That would mean that they left during the hasty search as CS cleared the scene almost an hour later.
