There is no 'official conclusion', people here often read too much into things that you don't understand because it is the stuff that happens "behind the curtain" in major criminal investigations.

NHSP and investigators have been at odds about what happened to Maura from the start. Chuck west and Scarinza where the lead investigators for NHSP. Scarinza has flipped flopped all over the place on his theory as to what happened.There are multiple quotes/change of position scattered. I have read them and am not just making that up.

Delker senior assist attorney general who works for the NHCCU says that for a case to be filed with the cold case of unsolved homicides that foul play is suspected.

The cold case homicide unit has stated that they suspect foul play.

They will of course not come flat out and say if it was a murder or she just ran off but there is obviously information that has steered them to thinking foul play. they had to really come fourth with actual solid info behind closed doors for the supreme court judge to rule.

Fred lost the case so NHSP must have presented compelling info to keep most of the info underwraps

Also, why was Advocate4's forum locked? It is such a better format for this discussion, you can actually find information there.

I closed that forum and it was locked because I set up a second, newer forum that had better administrative features. I don't know why those weird words now show up in the old forum, but it's something that the host server has apparently done -- they certainly weren't in the forum originally.

The second forum I set up is also no longer active, and in fact can't be accessed in any way. Ended up closing it after no one had used it for 2 years ... no sense in paying for wasted space!

She was found at a boat launch at the Comerford Dam in Barnet, VT

Haha, that's pretty good frmLE, nice post. I Completely agree that u can't have it both ways. I did not mean to imply that I think these guys r brilliant investigators, I can c where u got that from though. I certainly never said they were brilliant investigators or anything like that. I did say seasoned, which means experienced, nor brilliant. If u look at the resume of the nhli they're about as experienced as it gets in Nh, so they certainly are seasoned investigators. The nhsp has access to the case file, the nhli Does not but they conducted their own independent investigation, interviewing witnesses and even bringing In an accident reconstructionist. So while I would consider neither of these organizations brilliant by any stretch of the imagination, they both have mich more information than we do, particularly the nhsp.

The only reason I brought them up at all is bc we got people like bill trying make it out like it's insanse to think that she most likely got killed. We also got people like u and others making fun of all the "interweb detectives", whatever the hell that means, like they're a bunch of straight retards for suggesting something that's fairly obvious to an impartial observer.

So no, I do not think the nhli or the nhsp r brilliant investigators, But they do have access to a lot more info than I do. Since some people think the interweb detectives r so stupid I figured I'd remind them of what the professionals believe..which is the same exact thing.

In reality I have little respect for the nhsp as an investigative body..ive been lookin and looking and have been unable to find even one difficult case that they've ever brought in. At this point I have little faith they r going to ever solve this case either.
It is a case that has specific evidence indicating a crime occurred(states attorneys words, not mine)..they also have poi's.
How can they have evidence pursuant to a crime If a crime didn't occur?
